关于基金顾问在网络的规范，网友会质疑有无相关条例，

最近一家公司发布内部文告，现贴上供参考：

Re : Unauthorised Use of XXXXX Logo and Illegal Alteration to the Company’s Marketing Materials
     

We wish to remind all unit trust consultants (UTCs) to refrain from the following:

1)    Unauthorised use of XXXXXXs logo.
2)    Making any personal comments or giving opinions on matters relating to XXXXX to the media and the public
3)    Illegal alteration and amendments to the Company’s marketing materials

Unauthorised use of XXXXXX logo

XXXXXXXX logo is the Company’s asset. UTCs are required to obtain the Company’s approval to use the Company’s logo on promotional items such as premium items, brochures, flyers, personal website, blogs, emails etc.

Making any personal comments or giving opinions on matters relating to XXXXXXXXX to the media and the public

All UTCs should refrain from making any personal comments or giving opinions on matters relating to XXXXXXX and its products, the unit trust industry, the Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) industry and/or the stock market in  any form of media, including but not limited to, newspapers, magazines, television, radio, and the Internet. All comments, including market outlook, industry and the Company’s developments will only come from authorised officials of the Company.

Illegal alteration and amendments to the Company’s marketing materials

UTCs are advised to only use marketing or recruitment materials that have been approved and provided by the Company, and are not allowed to amend or alter these materials in any way that may mislead or misguide existing or potential investors.

We view the above mentioned offences seriously. XXXXXXX will not hesitate to take disciplinary action against UTCs who have committed any of these offences.

为什么提及了基金的名字PDSF，
可是又虚构它的表现呢 ...

80%股票，当然跟随股市升跌，你买进的时候现在卖掉理所当然亏钱，基金佬没有跟你说其风险在哪里吗？

一开始，我已强调其股80%在股票，PDSF是高中风险基金，赚钱的计算方式是教导如何计算赚钱而作出投资。

如果基金经理人无法有效投资，那么你不必买基金了，自己买股票自己操作，tanboon的基金也是基金经理人在投资，为什么强调某某人比较好？我感觉你们是一伙的，试图正在打压cari forum的竞争对手。

Tanboon也曾经约我讲他的基金，大家都知道他是在cari找吃的，只是我没有加入他而已。

以上的解说都是出自市场上的名书，目的介绍给大家多了解基金是如何才算赚钱。在这里是我想编制一本马来西亚简单的储蓄和投资课外书本，教育我的孩子和后辈。列子是以大众基金过去资料为主，因为自己的投资自己才知道，如果您不甘心没有介绍您的收入型基金，请给我资料，我会大力的push的。

论坛在普通会员的观点，
其实就是论坛而已
我之前真没想到在信托基金同行的观点，
原来论坛是个市场
既然是敏感的，
那我把他名字删掉好了

如果真有人要打压，
直接报告给贵公司，
说你已经触犯条例就行了

别人出于好意提示需用正确的资讯，
其实是在帮而不是害你

你之前放在签名里的那个连接，
里面也是有些不正确的资讯
希望那个不是你的个人网站，
不然也是有机会被竞争对手投诉

公司是依据 SC 条规行事，

SC 条规 涵盖整个单位信托基金行业，

条规注明只有单位信托公司才能宣传，在这里符合资格应该是 FUND SUPERMART 帖子，因为开贴者代表该公司。

SC 条规是注明在 CMSA ---CAPITAL MARKET SERVICES ACT 2007--ADMENDMENT DEC 2012 里面，


我忘了哪一个条款，

为什么我这样清楚，因为我曾经被点名去公司，公司来信向我出示有关当局条款，，要我解释为何不应该被XX，并要求立刻关闭BLOG.  (注，现有的BLOG 是后来依足条款指引发布的)。

CAPITAL MARKET SERVICES ACT 2007 对单位信托顾问的网上，FACEBOOK, 广告，等等管制是过于严厉，


基本上，过往我所发布的材料都无夸大，属于合情合理性质。


现在的限制造成网友可以胡言乱语，反而基金顾问哑口无言

网友会对某某用词往往造成误解，该说不能说，新人永远很难从基本forum习得投资，说头的还没有说完，他们的尾就想去别一边了，可惜啊。
