关于租Penang taruc H Block 4 楼 宿舍可怕经过

To all New TARUC student who are in the midst of looking for a renting room, I would like to share some bad expereicne of how my friend's daughter ( With my present )  from East Malaysia encounter during her study diploma in TARUC Penang. This incident happen on year Feb 2014

Below are some information would like to share :-

1) Need to sign the "house contract " with many rules and regulations which imposed by her. I strongly believe this is not a valid interm of the legistaltion. You are also need to pay 1.5 mths rental + water and electric bill fee in advance. Any stay in during Sat & Sun, extra charge of RM10 will be impose as well. --> REally crazy for money.   
  2) She can ever change the term and condition of the contact without inform to her tenants after the contract were signed and endorsed. This means tenants' contract are difference copy on term and condition which agreed upon early. Discovered this when hostile argument with her when accidentally noticed the changes she made. This eventually causing more argument and moved out from the room within few days later.
  3) Silly rule was imposed --> No allow to have a hair drop in the shower room to be seem by her after your shower else penalty will be impose.
  4) Limited boiled water is served. NOmore than 2 times are allowed.
  5) With high TV vol and conversation voice from her at night time, you will be disturb and hard to have concentration in study.

No doubt, Block H is the most suitable hostel ( flat ) for all the TARUC's students due to it strategic logistic advantage. This is just an isolated case which happened between my friend's daughter and the house owner.

It is just my sharing to any people/students who are looking to rent the room at blk H.  Do avoid this unit as much as possible...
