Base rate降低有什么影响

Base rate 从3.9% 降到3.65 % 会有什么影响？  这个不是BLR,请问那个大大能解释

OPR, BLR, BR 都是关联的



lower BR 通常是
1）银行从别边赚回你
２）你是premier customer?
