[size=12.8000001907349px]2. Company are compulsory to take workers from us form valid sources country that available only likes Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and India(please refer to chart)

[size=12.8000001907349px]4. Balance to pay after selection of biodata.
[size=12.8000001907349px]5. For Renewal must come to our company and have to pay documentation fee of RM300 per person
[size=12.8000001907349px]6. Renewal fees as per government charges cost to cost
[size=12.8000001907349px]7. Contract of 3 years only
[size=12.8000001907349px]8. Must inform if the workers absconded
[size=12.8000001907349px]9. Must inform the work area of worker if going far from Melaka as need to inform CIDB and immigration if need need more then 1 week and to inform before going to the new working place.
[size=12.8000001907349px]10. Fail to do so company will charges for clearance of workers RM100 per person and petrol fees for the first time offences and for the second time will have to pay RM200 per person and continuously offences RM300 per person.

[size=12.8000001907349px]12. Sub company must provided Company SSM, Director IC, valid project contract, demand letter and intend letter and CIDB license.
[size=12.8000001907349px]13. Our company will provide the contract of agreement and the sub company must pay the stamp duty.
