On 20thJanuary, Jimmy wrote to Chris offering to sell  his computer to Chris for RM5,000. In theletter, Jimmy indicated that he will keep the offer open until 29thJanuary. Chris receives Jimmy’s letter on the 22nd of January. Laterthat day, Stan, Jimmy’s friend, telephoned Chris and informed him that Jimmyhad sold the computer to him the day before for RM5,500. Chris immediately sentan e-mail to Jimmy accepting Jimmy’s offer to buy his computer for RM5,000.Jimmy received Chris’ acceptance on the same day.

Advise Chris onhis legal claim, if any, against Jimmy for the computer.
