Samsung Galaxy Y 开不到（急）！！！

各位高手们，

我的Galaxy Y 开不到。问题是：
我孩子拿来玩，他一直拿来画unlock的pattern，我一时没注意到我没开data。
过后我要开的时候。。。
因为画太多次，所以必须用username（email）和password才能开。
我打了username（email）和password，不能sign in。

是不是因为data没开，所以sign in不到。

请问有什么办法可以解决这个问题？

After too many incorrect pattern attempts it provides you with the option to recover using the email address registered to the account. If this option is not available then unfortunately there is no way for you unlock your phone without data loss. The only other option you have if unable to recover the pattern, is to do a factory reset of the device.

1. Power the phone off

2. Press and Hold Volume Up and Down+Power Button until the phone starts up. If that doesn't work try Volume Down+Power or Home+Power.

3. Once phone starts, use the volume keys to navigate the menu and find the factory reset option

4. Once you have found the option, use power to select it. Press Yes to confirm and allow phone time to reset the settings to factory default.

之前我在youtube有看到你在2楼提供的方法。
我试了，还是不能。

没办法之下，拿去samsung店reset。。。

终于OK了。
