想请问penang或者吉打 哪里有美容和英文课程念？CIB文凭，希望有不错的介绍

我想拿一个美容课程，可以拿到CIB文凭的。
另外我也想念简单的英文课程。
但我对拿课程需要注意什么都不懂==已经7年没念书的我，突然鼓起勇气想充值自己。
我想请问下拿美容课程需要注意些什么吗？
还有penang或者吉打有什么不错的美容学院介绍吗？大约学费到哪里？谢谢大家哦~
