外国人买johor屋

现在外国人只可以买》1mil 的房屋。可时网上资料显示只要是5月1号之前批准的project 都不受影响， 外国人还是可以买少过1mil的屋子。请问大家有这放面的资料吗？谢谢

上个月问过律师，他们说没收到相关部门的官方书面通知，因此还是照1m办事。 |

在5月1号之前签了S&P的,外国人可以买50万以上的屋子..
在5月1号过后签S&P的就要一百万以上.. |

developer 讲可以买，但是银行贷款方面说要>1mil property..乱..
