Hi,
Thanks for highlight.
Stamping for SPA is adsorbed by developer.
Stamp duty for MOT and stamp duty on loan agreement is pay by purchaser.

GRR is only apply for Tower B and Tower C.
The current pre launch Tower F is no need to lease back to developer. Purchaser may buy it for own stay or rent it out.
