请问各位大大对这个发展计划有何看法?值得买吗?

不值得投资,如果要自己住就不错,风凉水冷。
租的话自己想清楚吧。 |

我之前不懂在哪个贴子有看见网友回复,说到其实这些是一个陷阱来的,所谓的保证回租其实都已经是计算在内了的。

这个通常是给那些不太好卖的PROJECT的, 而且买了, 他不给租, 你向谁讨?

当然亏咯,云顶自己本身有酒店,游客来到不去星级酒店,难道去这个element?
而且element去first world还需要驾车去的,有近的不要,要远的?
半夜睡不着要进赌场赌博,要驾车去还是走路就到?
好赚的话早就卖完了,好像是去年12月卖到现在。 |

哈哈,自己考虑清楚吧。
如果是要在云顶长期赌博,找吃的话,有自己的居所是不错的,不用睡酒店。
要不然真的是要想清楚,云顶酒店客房会爆满就只有农历新年,马来人新年,和旺季时的学校假期。平时淡季没人上云顶的时候,云顶还会送房free给赌客免费住。 |
