Commercial Property 的贷款

本人在马六甲买了一间拥有Commericial Property, 属于酒店..
然后有给7% Guarantee Rental Return...
可是只能借到70% 的 Loan, 是 Bank Muamalat...
哪个 Project 的名字叫Business Centre Melaka...
想请各位给意见，谢谢.... |

just getting the bank loan offer..
not yet sign the S&P..

first two year is 7%, every 2 year renew with 10 yrs guarantee...
third year calculation is based on actual rental received and share with the developer..
can sell to third party with half year notice...
if the third party want to take this GRR need to follow my first agreement with developer... |

那个 Project 叫 Business Centre Melaka....
Bank Muamalat give BFR -2.1% for first two years...
third year onward BFR -2.05%...
问了 UOB, UOB bank loan already full quota...
现在等着 Affin Bank...
Anyone know any other bank?
I am asking CIMB now... |
