Food that boost BM supply:
- Fenugreek
- Oats
- Durians
- Fish (esp baby shark)
- Japanese Seaweed soup, eg wakame, kombu seaweed
- dark yellow fruit and vegy like carrot, tomato
- Red bean soup boiled with a handful of black eye beans. A bowl every night before bed.

Red Dates 红枣 : 90gm
Black Dates 黑枣 : 60gm
Dangshen 党参 : 30gm
Dried Longan flesh 龙眼肉 : 30gm
Wolfberry 枸杞子 : 20gm
Astragalus 北耆 : 10gm
Rice Paper Pith 通草 :6gm
1. Remove seeds from red and black dates. Rinse dates.
2. Rinse dangshen in water to remove dirt.
3. Give wolfberry, rice paper pith and astragalus a quick rinse.
4. Put everything into a pot together with 4L of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 2 hours.
5. Consume this throughout the day.

- dong guai mei/dong guai tail/当归尾 (chinese herb for woman)
- guava
- ginseng, But exception:但若是氣虛所引起的奶量不足是可以用人參的,這時最好不要單用人參,最好由中醫根據體質以補氣及補血等方劑,比如以含有人參的八珍湯就是不錯的配方
