小弟 英文不是很好！
想问下，小弟现在做着一份工作under probation的，如果小弟不想做了，要丢信
offer letter写到
during this period either party may terminate service on one day's notice or payment of one day's salary in lieu, except your service is terminated for misconduct or neglect of duty.
请问要不要罚钱??? 罚一天的工钱还是什么呢???

不知道解释得对不对，大概就是在没有办法依照合约所写的提前通知解除合约（在你的情况下是一天前通知）用来补偿的钱。
是不用罚你的钱的。 |

一天前通知，不能的话就赔一天的钱。可以接受。
