500k... Maybe only the aranda area available... else you need to go for greenville already... |

Liparis 双层排屋 more expensive than Aranda area...500k I think quite difficult...
Just look at Iproperty & view few house that near to your budget... Top up 20-30k, maybe you can secure a unit at Aranda area..
After you familiar with the Agent, they willl let you informed first if got any nice deal that meet your requirement.
Just bought a renovated unit in Sg Congkak with 600k, you may need to take note on the malay cemetary & future mosque location.. |

可以去看看berjaya park, 400k 20*70 的应该还有。没有G&G.

BUKIT RIMAU 22X 75 我拿到bank value, basic unit 可以到570 左右。所以asking price 应该是600-650左右。如果是renovated unit 应该是卖650以上了。

Malay cemetary地點 -> Opposite the Chinese primary school (Tania area & some Eria area affected)
Mosque地點-> You can search in google map, opposite Mcd -> Masjid Kota kemuning
Both was not fully buildup yet, hence alot ppl unknow about it...

Yes, but only 1-2 bank can offer it... 570k is max already..
Nearby my area just sold another basic unit... 560k..

Previously got view 1 aranda 双层排屋 520k 22x75.... abit old & need do some reno...
But at least it still fit your budget...
Try increase the budget to 550k, thn higher chance to get it... not much monthly installment different actually..
You may consider to buy the greenville house, just choose the 22x60 type...
Other type got soil sinking problem... just watch out their car porch..
