穿普通不代表我没钱是骗子,槟城私人医院style

写给鹰x的信..
我真的很生气和失望当我从贵医院回来,明誉是很难建立起来,一切一切都是由你那看不起人的员工开始。。。。
我老婆怀孕了而在12月进院,两个月过去医院通知我们可以拿回押底金,星期五下五当我们前往领取时,你那鹰脸的员工很大声的说我们没收据不会给我们钱和说我们会学骗子来骗钱,我真的很生气,但我老婆把我拉走,和去柜台寻问,最后被告知是不需要的,系统可以记录同样可以拿回或写封信就可以了。
我们只好第二次的回去,更离谱的事情发生了,她以大声的语气暗识我们是骗子,我知道我穿得不像拿督的儿子!!!不但以看不起人的脸色,我老婆和她说话,她连看到不看我们,更要命的是我们好声的和她借一笔和一张纸她也不理我们,然后喊next。。。我真的气爆了,我想告诉那位员工,我们并不是稀罕那三百块,我老婆每个月在贵医院复疹待生照4D也不值那个价了。
可能真的是人微言轻以下是我写的投诉信。。。结果换来open verdict,这就是槟城私人医院style?

Hi Gleneagles Management ,
We are regular customers at Gleneagles Penang. However, I felt real disappointed and angry when I got back from Gleneagles Penang on February 22 2013. This is a report logged against one of your staff(Tan Guat Hong) from the accounts department for making our recent visit an unpleasant one. It is regarding her intolerable attitude, menace and looking down on my financial capabilities while carrying out her duties at work. A further explanation of what really happen from my point of view is as follows.
My pregnant wife had food poisoning and was admitted at your hospital for a checkup on 24 December 2012. During discharge, I have been informed that the deposit paid for her admission is only refundable after hospital complete their paperwork and they’ll call me when its ready for collection. Two months later I had a called from the Accounts Department to collect the deposit. However, I have lost the deposit resit and your staff(Tan Guat Hong) was giving us a hard time as well as making a scene and scolding us over this petty issue. She also said that our deposit will not be refunded because of this. Fearing the worst, we then check with our doctor and the information counter regarding this and we were inform that the resit is not particularly important as the hospital has their records for verification. We were also informed by them that we can write a letter to explain the situation and retrieve the money. Feeling afresh with this information we went back to the Accounts Department to convey the message we got to your staff(Tan Guat Hong). We explain to her about the letter and asked for a paper and pen to resolve the issue. What happen next is totally unacceptable, she showered us with harsh words, accuse us of trying to cheat your institution and ignoring our request for a paper and pen. We were totally surprise by her actions and hospitality as we were being very patient and soft spoken to her from the start.
Over the years I have been visiting your institution faithfully and never have I came by such situation where even a paper and pen could be a far cry away. What’s even worst is my pregnant wife was left standing while this whole drama unfold. I believe that the service, reputation and legacy of Gleneagles Penang is what drive patrons like me to pay for it over other hospitals. I haven’t receive my deposit yet and frankly, I don’t really care about it anymore. I just need an explanation from you regarding this and hope that a stern action is taken over the black sheep(Tan Guat Hong) of your company.
Please respond or I would have to escalate and spread this issue to create public awareness. Looking forward to an early reply from you. Thanks!

我跟你说, 当时你就应该拍桌子了, 还喊大大声, 那么你的待遇就会有所改变.
这种情况运用在银行百试百灵. |

可能楼主当时的语气也不和善 but staff shouldnt treat their customer that way as well... |

我比较内向不是很会说话,才给他们看不起,没在那边和他吵

这个就是问题了....
其实也不用说什么话的, 只需要喊"你这是什么态度..." 类似的...就可以了, 喊得越大声, 越高级的会过来....

她真的很过分,我不想大声和她吵,那样反而是我们理亏,我相信公义,和希望有谁面对一样的事件时不需要害怕。

老实说,马来人的服务会比较好过华人,他们比较有礼貌也会笑 !!

大声不等于理亏, 有时这种服务态度的受害者往往是一些老人家, 你相信公义, 但是公义是需要争取的. |
