之前我所知service apartment是服务公寓, 有类似hotel的服务, 你可以call人上来帮你收拾屋子, 拿衣服去dobby的.......

commercial land还有一个特点，就是房产下面会有商业单位，因此水电费和排污费也是依商用率计算。

对，是Titijaya 发展商发展的 3 Elements，其中的公寓，叫做Nouvo。因为之前还未确切可以正式发售。
今天开始5/11/2012, 我们公司这是代发售。
