我觉得大概ok。。。。private carveat如果你会确定屋主不会搞多多事出来的话其实可以不用。。。。不然还是有的好。。。
stamp duty没有折扣。。不是第一间屋子?

snp律师费可以要求他折扣30%-50%不等。。。。
loan方面的律师费可以算进loan那边做finance. |
