7000 HORSEPOWER JET MONSTER TRUCK

The Frictionator is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and is driven by Joe Arnold (AKA Uncle Joe). The truck is based on a Ford F650 Supertruck and currently sports a GE J85 jet engine producing some 7,000 hp Run 200 mph at the track. The construction of the truck under its current configuration took some 580 man hours to complete and entails extensive modifications including:
Custom jet engine management system
Emergency shut down remote controls
Custom Fabricated mounting system for Jet engine
Advanced electrical 36 volt battery system
Advanced fuel systems for jet engine and after burner
Custom center console controls for Jet engine |
