才那296sf, 顶多不就两个学生住...............学生大多没什么钱的, 都找附近便宜些的. 租屋子而已嘛才那2-3年没必要那么豪华.

再者这么多facility那管理费就不便宜了

    因为小间所以管理费才少过100。可是不知租金多少。。可以住一人而已啦。。。

起码租金700才值得投资, 一个学生很难给到这么高租金............

    一点都不便宜。。。1 sf = RM 435, 还没包括car park.. car park need another rm 12k
