Nirvana bereavement products investment

Who ever forecast bereavement has good returns in investment ecspecially Nirvana group?!
Don't 'pantang' on earns dead people money, don't have such things. A lot of senior citizen are the main buyers who just for investment, plus all Nirvana products are transferable, 2% admin charges only. Nirvana Memorial Park/Garden are crowded with people, also a Selangor Tourism spot.
A real investor just interested in the ROI, not kind of products!

我觉得投资在这种东西很没意思，别说现在我们还生嗷嗷连买屋子都买不起，恐怕以后我们连要安息的地方都买不起了，就是因为有你们这种连死人的地方都拿来炒。

depends on what purpose you do invest...
you save your money in the bank could get such good rate on returns? you put rm30k into fixed deposit also can't get so much in 5 years...
can afford to buy house? new property at least rm250k now for 30yrs installments...
even though buy for personal use also benefits for yourself & your family...
I experienced my mom sudden death 3yrs ago, i borrow a lot of money to get her funeral done, you can't imagine how messy the situation is...i join Nirvana this is 1 of the reason coz Nirvana provides ppl pay in few years installment...
the burial plot bought for my mom increased 5k after half a year later...same as the land you living now, think properly, life is so reality & cruel |

我之前的意思是，如果是买来给自己或家人的就ok，如果是买来以后再以高价卖出去的，就不好 |

those ppl pay with installment mostly purchase for personal purpose...for financial tight or average income ppl would worries much regarding these, spend 3 years installment, then no need worry on funeral problem in the future, just concentrate on medical...not cheap at all, expenses increasing year by year...
those ppl pay in one short mostly for investment, a lot of rich ppl do this... |

truly important, if you have experienced bereavement like me before would agree with me...
No matter how capable you're, while you face death of your closest one, you just know sitting there & cry only, you'll definitely follow what other ppl said...just like me, i regret but i'm too late & can't get my mom a complete funeral... |

假如要赚钱，有很多项目可以投资赚钱，何必投资在这种项目。。
墓地，骨灰塔，这种东西是人最后的依归，就让他们的后代能够给他们一个好的地方而又不会增加负担。。
In my opinion, Investor not only focus on ROI, but also karma.
