加影及萬宜斷水至少一星期!雪州水務公司(SYABAS)打算敷衍我們到什麼時候?!

是的,你沒看錯!雪州加影(Kajang)及萬宜(Bandar Baru Bangi),包括UKM在內,至今已缺水一個星期!
幾萬個人如今正在面對斷水的苦惱!
沒有水,不能洗車?沒關係,遲一天洗就行了。(不然你可以拿去油站送洗,前提是你有米,油站有水咯)
沒有水,不能洗衣服?沒關係,遲一天洗也可以。(也可以拿去洗衣店洗,不過記得哦,十幾公里內都沒有水,要送洗記得送遠點)
沒有水,不能洗澡刷牙洗臉?沒關係,遲一天洗也可以。(當然也可以去其他地方洗,你自己決定啦)
但是,沒有水,不能喝水!
人類沒有水喝,最多只能活一個星期!
而加影及萬宜人,到目前為止,斷水已有整整一個星期!七天!
雪州水務公司(SYABAS),你到底在做什麽?
一開始電郵投訴,就說是士毛月(Semenyih)水壩缺水,正在補水。
問你幾時補完水,回答竟然是:不知道,不能給你一個答覆!
好一個不知道!如果一個星期不能補水,你就有理由讓我們一個星期沒有水用。
如果一個月補不到水,SYABAS,你打算讓幾萬個人整個月沒有自來水用,是嗎?
更可惡的是,國大學生理事會檢查過後,竟然發現另有內情。
SYABAS和水壩承包商面對這件事,竟然相互指責,說不是自己的錯!
事件公開後,SYABAS乾脆不聞不問,投訴電郵不回覆,居民上面書投訴,也沒有回答。
SYABAS!解決問題你不會,做縮頭烏龜你就最行!請問你要躲到什麼時候?
明知道幾萬個人缺水,偏偏水槽來的不是時候。
在白天大家工作上學的時候來,再不然就是半夜三更,人家要睡覺了才來。
更糟糕的是有居民投訴,這個水槽不投訴的話是不來的!
是什麽意思?不管有沒有水,沒有人投訴就當做沒一回事,不用管了是不是?
SYABAS!你真的很SYABAS!
我們還可以讓你再SYABAS一點!
麻煩各位網友幫忙,頂這個帖子上去,同時一起向各大報章投訴,務必讓SYABAS的無能登上報章頭條!
馬來西亞自然資源充足,竟然有居民整個星期沒有水用!簡直是國際笑話!
雪州政府!我不管你是國陣政府還是民聯政府。
但是,不管給當地帶來多少發展,伸張多少正義,不能聆聽民生的政府,就是爛政府!
SYABAS無能到這個地步,州政府,你是瞎了嗎?你忍心讓幾萬個人就這樣繼續沒有水用嗎?
懇求雪州政府馬上插手干預,解決問題,以最快的速度恢復加影及萬宜居民的水供!
我們要求雪州水務公司為自己的無能及敷衍居民的行為做出完整的交待! |

以下為本人於1月5日給Puspel Syabas發的電郵,以及對方當天的回覆:
Hi,
I'm very disappointed at your company's efficiency at handling the water disruption issue at Hulu Langat.
I'm a UKM student living in Kolej Keris Mas, and the water disruption caused all the girls block in Kolej Keris Mas to face water shortage. We don't have enough water even just for our personal hygiene; me, for example, can't even brush my teeth and wash my face for days because thousands of people are using the little amount of water. In past days when there are water shortage in UKM, additional water supply would be always sent to us, but this time it's not the case.
Puspel had promised on its Facebook saying that the service will gradually recover from 12am 5 Jan (which is today) onwards, but so far none had recovered. We're still facing the issue.
I would have to tell you that now is the Semester Exam Period of UKM, and such disruption of water supply could seriously affect our own health as well as mental strength to sit for our exams. It's very easy to get sick when personal hygiene is not taken care of, and also some people are very alergic to the dirts or sweats on skin that are not managed to be washed off. Me, for example, am allergic to sweat and have to suffer the itch around every inch of my skin because I can't get any water to bath for days. Since the problem comes from dirts and sweats on the body, medication won't solve the problem, but hygiene instead. I don't think in this case, hygiene is not something too luxurious for us to ask for.
And, since the problem happened a few days ago, I would suppose that the origin of this disaster has already been fixed. How come the problem at Semenyih water treatment tank not getting a solution even for such a long time? Even if it can't be solved, why there's no any additional water supply sent?
I demand an answer immediately, including THE EXACT DATE AND TIME WHEN THE WATER SUPPLY WILL REALLY RECOVER. This time, I hope for a promise.

The water disruption at your area is due to water level drop at Loji Semenyih. Until this time, we still fill up the water level and we did not receive any estimated time yet when the water will be recover.
For your information, we will send a water tanker to the affected area until the water supply resume back to normal.
We have high light the issue raised and we were informed that the Operation & maintenance department will closely monitor this issue.

Hi,
May I ask if the issue at Loji Semenyih is solved or not?
There are rumours that Sepang residents are using more water so the water is used there instead of filling up the Semenyih tank, is it true?
Plus, it's almost a week without water in UKM right now.
We need water for not only hygiene and food, but also our survival. Human would live for maximum only a week without water. Hope you know that.

接下來,就是1月7日,國大學生理事會(PMUKM)的跟進報告。只是摘錄部份內文,詳情請參考鏈接。

JUMAAT, 6 Jan. - Barisan Persatuan Mahasiswa UKM (PMUKM) yang terdiri dari saudara Mohd Abdullah bin Mohamed Yusoff, Wan Ahmad Fahmi bin Wan Abdul Hamed, Mohd Izzuddin bin Mohd Pisol, dan Mohd Faizal Ahmad telah berkunjung sendiri ke Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (SYABAS) yang terletak di Hulu Langat, Selangor kira-kira pukul 11 pagi untuk mendapatkan penjelasan dari pihak syarikat tersebut berkenaan krisis air yang sedang melanda kampus UKM Bangi.
Berdasarkan maklumat beliau, masalah ini berpunca dari paras air di loji yang tidak mencukupi untuk disalurkan. Ironinya loji air tersebut juga tidak dapat dibuka buat sementara waktu ini dan sekatan air terpaksa dilakukan sehingga paras air mencapai piawaian.
Sehubungan dengan itu, perkara ini secara dasarnya tiada kaitan dengan Empangan air di Semenyih seperti yang dimaklumkan sebelum ini, tetapi harus dirujuk kepada pihak yang bertanggungjawab iaitu Loji Bekalan Air Mentah Dengkil.
Wakil PMUKM rujuk Konsortium ABASS
Seusai solat Jumaat petang tadi, wakil PMUKM segera bertindak merujuk pula masalah yang dibangkitkan oleh SYABAS kepada pihak Konsortium Abass Sdn Bhd (ABASS) untuk kawasan Dengkil. Loji ini berperanan membekalkan air mentah ke loji rawatan air di Putrajaya.
Namun dukacitanya pihak ABASS menafikan berlakunya sekatan air sebagaimana yang didakwa oleh pihak SYABAS. Logiknya, sekiranya air disekat sudah pasti bukan UKM sahaja yang bermasalah tetapi seluruh Bangi, Putrajaya, Dengkil dan tempat-tempat yang lain.
Wakil PMUKM telah dibawa melihat penyaluran bekalan air yang dilepaskan sebanyak 150 Million Gelen Per Day (MGD). Kuantiti ini adalah sama seperti yang disalurkan sebelum-sebelum ini pada setiap hari. Maka di sini sepatutnya tidak timbul persoalan air disekat di loji kendalian ABASS kerana ia sendiri bakal merugikan syarikat mereka.
Kira-kira pukul 4 petang pula, wakil PMUKM telah merujuk kepada pegawai yang berada di Loji Rawatan Air ABASS di Presint 19 Putrajaya berkenaan masalah air tersebut. Pegawai bertugas juga MENAFIKAN KENYATAAN BAHAWA PARAS AIR TIDAK MENCUKUPI DI LOJI TERSEBUT SEHINGGA PERLU DISEKAT SEPERTI DAKWAAN SYABAS.
Menurut petugas tersebut, 150 MGD air daripada loji rawatan air adalah sudah mencukupi untuk dihantar ke SYABAS bagi tujuan pengedaran air ke kawasan Putrajaya, Dengkil, Bangi, Kajang dan lain-lain lagi. Dan kenyataan beliau sememangnya bertentangan dengan apa yang dimaklumkan oleh pihak Syarikat SYABAS pada awalnya.

更無能的是發生這種言論前後矛盾的事件!SYABAS簡直令人失望! |

syabas可以酱是因为有联邦政府撑腰,连雪州民联政府都耐何不了它,何况是你们这些小市民!登记为选民了吗?没有就行动,国阵一天不倒,国家是不可能会进步的了! |

以下是本人今天早上發給Puspel的電郵。一向勤勞回覆電郵的Puspel,今天竟然異常地躲貓貓。
Hi,
Here I'm writing a complaint regarding to the water shortage issue. Again.
It's already a week, yet the problem in Loji Semenyih is yet to be solved. Moreover, when UKM student representatives visit your company, we got different stories from different sides. Some said it's not Loji Semenyih's problem. Some said it's not Syabas's problem but the contractors. However, the contractors pointed out that it's Syabas's inefficiency that caused such a disaster.
Here I would say that such a reaction is not just inefficient and misleading, but also irresponsible as well. Apology won't compensate this.
And now UKM's water shortage issue surfaced again, and all of us have to suffer. I don't think Selangor's situation would be different with my hometown Ipoh, which is hot and not raining for days, but yet they have very adequate water supply. So please don't blame the water shortage on the weather and maximized usage during CNY season. Solve the problem immediately not only for UKM students, but also the residents in Kajang and Bangi area.
We don't deserve this.
I would like to know WHEN would the Loji Semenyih's issue be solved. After a week I assume that there should be an answer. Otherwise, it's just a proof of Syabas's inefficiency and irresponsibility in handling this issue, and bear in mind that as consumers, we always have our own rights, plus water is our fundamental rights that should not ever be denied.

懇求大家注意這個問題!水是基本的生活條件,沒有基本的生活條件,要怎樣去討論其他東西?民生最重要!斷水一個星期不能不忽視!SYABAS一定要作出明確交代! |
