海德获2861万卫生部合约

（吉隆坡14日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）宣布，获得来自大马卫生部的合约，总额为2861万3761.98令吉。
该公司今天发表文告说，海德在这项合约中，为卫生部的临床文档资料，提供病人管理系统的供应、安装、配置、调试、硬体、软体和设备服务。
这项合约为期4年，从今年的3月21日起，至2020年3月20日。

科技聯合獲2147萬合約

（吉隆坡11日訊）科技聯合（HTPADU，5028，主要板科技）獲為期18個月延長合約，負責維修大馬移民局應用系統，合約總值2147萬5600令吉。
科技聯合今日向馬證交所報備，公司今日收到延長合約的信函，且合約今年2月18日已生效，將于2017年8月17日到期，3年合約期滿后將視政府是否打算續約。

海德放眼2亿政府合约

（吉隆坡20日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）放眼今年可从公共领域取得2亿令吉的营业额，按年增长20%。
集团副总裁兼公共领域总执行长阿里夫莫达表示，去年的营业额有60%来自公共领域，而今年估计也将保持不变。
他指出，今年可望获得3.5亿令吉的合约，首季的订单达1.8亿令吉，截至目前共投标4亿的项目。
今年表现更佳
“我们有信心达到今年目标，因为手上的一些项目已接近最后阶段，接下来就会入账。”
他预计，海德今年的表现会更佳，旗下各项计划已来到开花结果的时刻。
“虽然集团在过去几年面对许多挑战，但是我们都一一克服了，并成功在上财年转亏为盈。”
在今年首季，阿里夫莫达就看到一些正面的迹象，因获得了一些新合约，以及一些合约即将达成协议，预计可带动集团次季和第三季的营业额增长。
另外，该集团提供给我国政府的软件程式，如政府部门电子系统、防卫系统和保健系统等，吸引了印尼、缅甸、哈萨克和突尼斯等国家的青睐，有意购买和采用那些系统。

拟拓展银行系统服务·科技联合进军非洲东南亚
（吉隆坡21日讯）市场不确定因素萦绕，资讯科技系统及科技服务供应商科技联合（HTPADU,5028,主板科技组）认为海内外业务展望转向谨慎。
该公司总裁兼首席执行员哈里斯伊斯迈在股东大会后表示，目前策略主要是平衡业务组合，除了公共领域，也逐步拓展商业领域，如银行系统服务。
业务前景更挑战
“另外，我们也积极进军非洲、东南亚及中东市场，探讨拓展核心业务（资讯科技）至系统整合水平。”
2015财政年，公共领域贡献该公司约60%营业额。不过，对于今年是否有望维持正面业绩表现，他认为很难预测，因目前状况不似以往般容易掌握，令业务前景更显挑战。
“根据第一季业绩，预计表现将与去年类似，达到收支平衡或少许获利，展望谨慎乐观。”
该公司2013及2014财政年净亏3334万9千令吉及1042万3千令吉，2015财政年转亏为盈，取得121万1千令吉净利。
至于第一季营业额及净利按年下滑16.85%及89.45%的原因，他解释说，是受到合约延迟颁发影响。
“我们已根据未来需求投资，原本预计合约在第一季颁发，但预期中的合约并未如期而来。”
他指出，尚无法预期合约会在何时颁发，因至第二季杪，还未有预期中的合约进来。
除此之外，他说中东市场也受原油价下滑影响，一些计划已取消及延迟，仅可在油价复苏后才有望回温。
至于东南亚及非洲市场，他相信身份证管理系统（ID ManagementSolution）有很大业务潜能，因这两大市场还有12亿人口没有身份证，具有商机，但受一些国家不开放政策影响，在推广方面将面临一些挑战。
目前该公司已向印尼及缅甸政府提呈计划书，当局还在评估，他无法确定此竞标会否成功，因决定权在当地政府。
早前该公司接受《马新社》访问时透露，与印尼及缅甸政府的1亿5000万令吉合约洽谈接近尾声。

海德获国能3729万合约

（吉隆坡8日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）获国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸易服股）颁发电流接驳站（PMU）建筑工程，总值3729万1102令吉。
根据文告，持股51%的Duta Technic私人有限公司（DTSB）于上月25日从国能手中接过该合约，负责在吉隆坡士曼丹捷运兴建132/33千伏特（kV）的电流接驳站。

2016年9月16日
（吉隆坡15日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）宣布，与Elite资本有限公司，在百慕大成立联营公司。
根据文告，通过该联营公司，双方将探索有关软件开发、执照和维修的商机，特别是在身分识别业务、旅游业和运输业务。
其中，海德将持有49%的股权，初期缴足资本料达1万2250美元（约5万583令吉）；而Elite资本则将掌握剩余的51%股权。【e南洋】

答：科技联合甫于今年10月10日接获建筑工业发展局（CIDB）总值767万零160令吉合约，以进行第二数据中心服务和灾难恢复中心的建设工作。相关合约为期3年，有望对集团未来盈利带来正面贡献。
截至2016年6月30日为止第二季，科技联合由盈转亏，净亏损为68万令吉（每股净亏损为0.67仙），比较前期则是净利138万令吉（每股净利为1.36仙）。第二季的营业额则下跌至6815万5000令吉，前期为9135万7000令吉。
首6个月的净亏损为224万令吉（每股净亏损0.22仙），前期净利为570万2000令吉（每股净利为5.63仙）。该公司首6个月的营业额为1亿5407万2000令吉，前期为1亿9467万7000令吉。该公司的每股资产值为1令吉30仙。
该公司在宣布最新业绩谈到业务展望时表示，公司2016年的业务环境料持续具挑战，而公司将继续推行相关策略以应付挑战，其中包括在科技工艺相关产品及服务领域方面，该公司将从现有客户攫取经常收入业务，同时从现有及新客户争取新业务。

整合FOMEMA 3系统

（吉隆坡8日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）获颁一项合约，负责整合外劳体检系统（FWMES）、移民局出入境作业系统（myIMMs）与外劳生物特征识别系统，总值4823万令吉。
根据文告，合约内容是负责结合外劳医药检验及监控有限公司（FOMEMA）旗下的3个系统，即FWMES、myIMMs与外劳生物特征识别系统。
在FOMEMA与政府正式签署了新的专营权合约后，海德的合约届时才被视为生效。

海德获国能921万合约

（吉隆坡16日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）宣布，获国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）颁发两项合约，总值920万7760令吉。
海德向马交所报备，子公司Duta Technic私人有限公司，已分别在6日与7日，获得国能颁发两项合约。
其中一个是合约A：275千伏特（kV）从百万镇（Permas Jaya）双回路输入/输出至江加地不佬电流接驳站（PMU）——士古来（Skudai）输电缆，价值686万8880令吉。
而另一个是合约B：132千伏特（kV）从哥打峇鲁单回路输入/输出至Tunjung电流接驳站——丹那美拉（Tanah Merah）输电缆，价值233万8880令吉。
海德表示，合约内容是覆盖土木和结构工程的工程设计，以及提供四路电路传输塔，促进电流循环进出。
