Satellite TV apps can install at samsung smart tv?

Hi all,

have a good day for all of you.
I want get some opinion and advice from you all.

I have plan to buy samsung LED TV with smart hub.
Can every one know the tv can install other apps like satellite tv software?
This is for no monthly fee charge for the tv cable and it is through the internet.
Can anyone give advice for using this software at this tv and in the Malaysia country.
Is useful and speed is smoothly?
