Bayan Lepas. From bayan Indah (eg. Baystar, gold coast, Putra Place, Villa Emas) --> Batu Uban(eg. The View, N park, E Park, Sunny ville) --> Future The light-->Metro East Medini (eg. Bayswater) --> Jelutong (eg. The Spring, summerplace, symphony park) 这一带。
这一带近大桥可以cater for 从mainland/outer-state 来的crowd, 近FTZ, 近USM, 还有了已经很成功的Queensbay, 还有未来的The Light Commericial, 已经很多外国人愿意租在这一带了。还需要去gurney/Tg Tokong／Bunga 吗？又远，路又小条，又塞车。 |

最近有在survey N-park E-park 那一带的condo,价钱刚刚好是我的Budget.....还蛮喜欢的.....就是可惜房子有点旧了的感觉
