Penang based developer Ideal Homes is going to have the preview of the new residential suites at the existing Northam Tower :

Commercial title, freehold, one car park, size ranges from 580sf onward. Indicative price >=600psf.
Location wise looks tip-top. Anybody would like to comment further whether this is worth to invest? |
