指定日期过后不能获得更改航点/退款的日本AirAsia机票/团，请一起来。请大家一起来以下网址投诉或要求 AA 无条件退款或给予更改航点。

1. email 投诉信：就说日本还有地震，还有辐射，为了自己为了家人要求更改航点或退款。请自行翻译成英文，华语他们不鸟你。email 至以下：
aax_preflight@airasia.com; plfeedback@airasia.com; sumathiutamaseelan@airasia.com; thanamraja@airasia.com;
juhannis@mot.gov.my

2. 成功要求会给予Credit Shell，AA会要求你给予AirAsia会员帐户号码，如果没有请去 www.airasia.com 注册一个会员，成功注册会给予会员号码ID。

3. 回复给AA帐户号码，等待处理 (我只等了2小时) ，最后回复成功汇入您的AA会员帐户里。

4. 如何知道Credit Shell已汇： www.airasia.com 登入AA会员，随便购买AA任何一个航点的机票，到最后付款的时候，会多一个选项为 Credit Account 可用它来付款。有效期为3个月，飞行日期不限。


To utilize the credit amount, would require you to first login on the AirAsia website, and insert your user ID; which is your email address followed with your password.
Then click on the “Make a booking” tab and proceed to make your bookings. When you reach the payment page there should be four (4) Tabs for payment method as per the sample attachment.
Please select the credit account option for payment. Any balance amount may be paid via your credit Card.
Please make your bookings before the expiry date; however, your actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our schedule is out.
   
credit shell就是类似credit account（信用账户）....你付了机票的钱，放在这个信用账户里面，然后在3个月内一定要用完。你可以预订任何时候的机票，只要是在网站上你可以搜索到的，都可以买。credit shell有分为两种，一个是可以在网上用的，一个是只能够在call centre and sales office用的。通常人都会选择网上可以用的，因为可以订优惠票价。总之，3个月里面一定要用完，没有用完的话当然是不会退还的。

如果你的credit shell是有200块钱，可是你的机票总计是400块钱。你使用了credit shell来付款后，剩余的amount你就要自己付钱了，信用卡/银行转账/e-礼卷。

ps ：全程不需要打电话或亲临办事处，全部只需电邮。

5月3日的可以换地点咯，投诉有效哦。

请问你是换免费换地点还是他们给你credit shell啊？我看到AA facebook写日期是延长至5月15号吧了哦。

credit shell 是看我们订的机票是多少钱就给我们多少的credit shell来买机票的是吗？如果要买的机票价钱比较高我们还要补多出来的钱咯。我以为的免费换地点是我们买了的日本机票可以直接免费换地点，酱就不用补钱咯。

网上找的：

哦，我的来回机票290+行李+餐点+保险=RM400 ，可是我其他团友买比较贵，因为不是offer买的，我们6人机票共6000多。。。

日本核輻射危機
福島兩機組輻射正上升
日本核危機已持續個多月，東電相信它們已經堵住了導致海洋污染的福島第一核電廠輻射水儲存槽裂縫，不過美國核能管理委員會說，電廠反應爐和廢燃料池依然沒有穩定下來，日本官員也承認，這個問題不是短時間可以解決。

周一早上，東電又證實，核電廠一號和三號機組的所錄得的輻射水平正在上升，顯示應付這場危機困難重重，能否如該公司所願在9個月內控制大局，存在覑許多變數。
