MMHA is organising a one day public forum in English with the aim of destigmatising mental illness on 10th April 2011 . The Venue is at Koperasi Maktab Kerjasama Malaysia, Jalan Templer, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Lunch and tea will be provided free together with the forum. ( This is in replacement of the forum scheduled on 27th March announced earlier). Thank you.

    当天的forum可说是成功。听众反映热烈。

最令我感到受鼓励的是大马精神健康协会的主席言行一致，公开自己曾经患上精神病（忧郁症）。 也有人说自己曾经患上忧郁症，自己曾经自残，自己的女儿有精神病（精神分裂症）。。。。只要越多人对自己或自己的家人患上精神病不感到羞耻，就能慢慢消除社会对精神病的偏见。当这股力量大了，社会就不敢拿精神病或精神病患来消费。
