求助!!!槟城洗肾(义务) - (只在槟岛)

想在这里求助, 哪里有得洗肾, 不要去私人医院的, 没有酱有钱.
我的亲戚得了肾病, 2个都坏了,一定要洗肾.

如果已经确定要洗肾的话，就应该尽快去洗肾。
如果延迟的话，身体的废物累计在血液里面太多，病人会有生命危险的。 |

看情形，嚴重惡化的話，除了洗腎，好像沒有其他治療的方法 |

忘了……我阿姨的腎病好像有好幾年了
沒有記錯的話好像是要看家庭收入的……阿姨的家庭收入是相當低的，那個時候有刊登報紙，要求熱心人士捐款…… |

这是从国家肾脏基金所提到的条件
| Applicant must be aged 12 years and above.十二岁以上 | | - | Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.马来西亚公民或者永久居民 | | - | Applicant must be prepared to appear before the Selection Committee of NKF prior to being considered for the programme.在申请的过程，申请者一定要出席基金的听证会 | | - | Applicantmust agree to a visit to his / her home by a Welfare Officer or officernominated by the NKF with a view to verifying all information given.允许国家肾脏基金会的官员做家访 | | - | Applicantis prepared to pay treatment fee of RM110 per dialysis treatment (whilewaiting approval of subsidy of RM50 from Ministry of Health). This feeis subject to change by the NKF as and when it deems necessary. Thisamount is payable prior to treatment.
在等待卫生部发放的准贴，洗肾病人每次洗肾需要准备110元。
| | - | Applicantis prepared to pay a deposit of RM180 equivalent to a week’s treatment,before starting the dialysis programme with NKF.
需要准备180元的deposit（相等于一个星期的洗肾费用）

Test result for Hepatitis B, C and HIV.完整的医药报告 | | 2. | 1 Photostat copy of IC of patient.身份证的复印 | | 3. | 1 Passport size photo of patient.一张护照尺寸的照片 | | 4. | Latest Income Tax Assessment Form/J Form/EA Form of patient and family members who are working.最新的税务单（包括所有有工作家庭成员包括病人） | | 5. | Latest EPF statement of patient and family members who are working.最新的公积金单 | | 6. | LatestPay Slip of patient and family members who are working or Letter fromEmployer/If self-employed, letter confirming income and occupation.最新的薪金单 | | 7. | Latest payment slip of patient or any Family Member from SOCSO/ Pension Statement from PSD (JPA).最新的SOCSO或者退休金单 | | 8. | Latest Savings/Fixed Deposit/Current Account/Pass Book Statement of patient or any Family Member.家庭成员的银行户口单（包括储蓄，来往及定期） | | 9. | Water, Electricity and Telephone Bills from the house where patient and family members are staying together.
