观赏电影片段学英语

很多人会感叹，甚至气愤地说，学了十几年的英语，却听不懂电视上或电影里的英语。
这无可否认的，又是我们反复背生词，做练习的填鸭式学习法带来的后果。

语言和音乐一样，是属于声音领域的东西，在学习的阶段，最重要的是听，不是看。
多听能让我们辨别和熟悉这种语言独有的发音和语感。只有通过多听才能学好标准的发音和口音。
语言也是以声音记忆在我们的脑海里的。如果我问你：“苹果英语怎么说？”，你脑海中浮现的是/'æ pl/这个音。

我们注重拼写而忽视发音的教育方式，是最大的错误之一。

看电影片段是很好的学习方法之一，可以听到标准地道的英语，可以从情景中去培养这个语言的语感...

我们来尝试这种学习法吧…

这里介绍 "The Sixth Sense" 这部电影里的一个片段：The Sixth Sense

（1）先观看这个电影片段，放松心情细心地听，观看一或多遍，看看自己了解多少句对话。
（2）阅读以下的对白，了解电影里的对话：

Anna: Look! Ah...!
Malcolm: Anna, don't move.  Don't make a sound. This is forty-seven Locust Street. You’ve broken a window and entered a private residence.
Stranger: You don't know so many things.
Malcorm: There’re no needles or prescription drugs of any kind in this house.
Stranger: Do you know why you're afraid when you're alone? I do. I do.
Anna: What do you want?
Stranger: What he promised me! I want what he promised…
Anna: Oh my God!
Malcolm: Do I know you?
Stranger: Don’t you know me, Hero? Don’t you even remember your own patients? Downtown clinic… single parent family… possible mood disorder… I was afraid! You told me I was having trouble coping with my parents' divorce. You’re wrong. You’re wrong. Now look at me! I don’t wanna be afraid no more.
Malcolm: Please just give me a minute to think.
Stranger: I’ve waited ten years for you!! I’m not giving you nothing!
Malcolm: Bed Freidken?
Stranger: Some people... They call me freak.
Malcolm: Ronald Sumner?
Stranger: I am… I am a freak. I am.
Malcolm: Vincent? Vincent Gray! I do remember you.  Quiet...  very smart... compassionate... unusually compassionate...
Vincent: You forgot cursed. You failed me. You failed me!
Malcolm: Vincent, I'm sorry if I was… if I didn't help you...  But if you just… let me try...  You just give me a chance…
Anna: Oh God! Oh God!
Malcolm: Did... Did Vincent…
Anna: Don’t talk… sssh, sssh…

（3）一边听，一边看着文稿。
（4）不看文稿，只观看电影片段，这时应该听得懂电影里大部分的对话了。
（5）反复观看和细听电影片段，融入整个情景，熟悉和培养那种语感。
（6）熟悉整个片段后，可以开始尝试去模仿他们的对话，尽量去模仿他们的发音和口音。

（如果不想别人投来异样的眼光，记得把门窗关好）

其实这些都是小孩学习语言时很自然会做到的事：玩着玩具，模仿电视上的情节或完全投入自己的幻想情景里，不断的在自言自语…… 这是儿童学习语言成功的原因之一…… 可惜的是，无知的父母往往会在这时候进行破坏：”别浪费时间玩这些无聊的东西… 快点给我去背英语单词，等一下给你听写，错一个字打一鞭!”  …... 我们就是这样扼杀我们学习语言的自然能力的......

学习会话：

Don’t move! ★ 别动！
Don’t make a sound! ★ 别出声！
What do you want? ★ 你要什么？
Oh my God! ★ 天啊！
Do I know you? ★ 我认识你吗？
Don’t you know me? ★ 你不认识我吗？
Don't you even remember your own patients? ★ 你连自己的病人都不记得吗？
I was afraid. ★ 我很害怕。（过去）
You told me... ★ 你告诉我说...
You were wrong. ★ 你错了。（过去）
Now look at me! ★ 看我现在的样子！
I don’t wanna be afraid no more. ★ 我再也不要感到害怕。
Please give me a minute to think. ★ 请给我一点时间想一想。
I’ve waited ten years for you! ★ 我等了你十年了！
I am a freak. ★ 我是怪人。
You failed me. ★ 你让我失望了。/你辜负了我。
Don’t talk! ★ 别说话！

Man: I'm okay, Officer. I'm okay. I don't know what happened.
Lynn: Jesus, I hope nobody got hurt. You’re very quiet. You’re mad I missed the play, aren’t you? I have two jobs, baby. You know how important they are for us. I’d give anything to have been there.
Cole: I’m ready to communicate with you now.
Lynn: Communicate?
Cole: Tell you my secrets.
Lynn: What is it?
Cole: You know the accident up there?
Lynn: Yeah.
Cole: Someone got hurt.
Lynn: They did?
Cole: A lady. She died.
Lynn: Oh my God. You can see her?
Cole: Yes.
Lynn: Where is she?
Cole: Standing next to my window.
Lynn: Cole, you’re scaring me.
Cole: They scare me too sometimes.
Lynn: They?
Cole: Ghosts.
Lynn: You see ghosts, Cole?
Cole: They want me to do things for them.
Lynn: They talk to you? They tell you to do things?
Cole: They’re the ones that used to hurt me. What are you thinking, Momma? You think I’m a freak?

Cole: Grandma says hi. She says she's sorry for taking the bumble bee pendant.  She just likes it a lot.
Lynn: What?
Cole: Grandma comes to visit me sometimes.
Lynn: Cole, that's very wrong.  Grandma's gone.  You know that.
Cole: I know. She wanted me to tell you...
Lynn: Cole, please stop.
Cole: She wanted me to tell you, she saw you dance. She said when you were little, you and her had a fight right before your dance recital.  You thought she didn't come to see you dance. She did. She hid in the back so you wouldn't see...  She said you were like an angel. She said, you came to the place where they buried her…  asked her a question...  She said the answer is "Every day." What did you ask?

你的建议真的很好,因为从小到大看了很多个英文字.但却无法把这些文字转成用说的方式.一直到现在很多时候都无法用正确的英语发音一个我早已知道的字.然而现在因为环境逼使自己必须有些时候用英语交谈.总之,你的方法真的很棒!!!谢谢你,让我知道自己的学习方法需要改变. ^_^
