Maxis 用户,你可以考虑换台了。

I couldn't believe that this can happen on maxis customer service!!

1stat all,my account is auto debit system. I walk in to maxis authorizedealer (fonpoint enterprise) at Pasir Mas,Kelantan,to register abroadband services under maxis promotion,bonanza package.
The staffis unprofessional at all!All including their store manager not surewith this plan that when is the RM30 rebate start.They call Kota Bharumaxis centre immediately to check and inform me it's start immediatelywhile this plan is free for 1st 2 month.I feel curious and I call maxiscall centre immediately via my postpaid line and the agent inform methe rebate is start from 3rd month onwards.
Their's no confirmation and double standard answer that I don't know which 1 should I follow.

Nevermind, I'm ok with both.So I just proceed to sign on.

After I sign,the store manager came and tell me my postpaid have an outstanding amount of RM200+.
Iwas curious why and I though the auto debit is unsuccessful, so I agreeto pay immediately together with RM180(modem deposit that refundable)with my credit card.The store manager mention if I pay by credit card,she need to charge me 3% interest.I was shock as this is not my 1sttime using a credit card to make a payment to my maxis bill and this isthe 1st time I been inform that it got 3% charges.
I'm asking why tothe manager and she say that because bank charging her 3%,so she needto take from me,and it need to pay by cash(without receipt).I told themanager this doesn't happen to other's centre by her store need to,sherepeat the same thing again.

I can't do anything while I already sign on it.There's go my RM12.++ and it's without receipt as well!

The staff inform that this broadband will be activate within 24 hours(when I sign up,its 1200hr noon).

After2~3 hours,I decide to take up a supplementary line as well.Thatmoment,I was in KB mall and walk in to a maxis authorise dealer(samecompany with previous dealer at Pasir Mas) to inform I like to take upa supplementary line.
The service there really terrible and slow.Fine,I just proceed to sign on as I need it.
Afterchoose a number of 017xxxxxxx to be my new supplementary line numberand choose family plus 30 as my plan,I been inform that I need to payRM30 upfront as my advance payment and it will be credited to mysupplementary line 1st month payment.Ok,payment maded by cash and Irequest a receipt from the staff.The staff told me he will creditedthis RM30 to the account and no need any receipt.I was get shock thatpayment maded by cash and no receipt?!?
Once again I check with him and he say 'trust me,I will credited to your account'.
What can I say?

RM30 pay without receipt.

I walk away with the new sim card only and inform that I can use it within 24 hrs as well.

After2 hrs shopping with my friends and on the way back to my house,thestaff at KB Mall called and request me to go back as THEY FORGET TOPHOTOCOPY MY IC.
I was on the way back home and it's gonna take mehalf hour time to turn back to the centre(fyi,it's 22KM from myhouse).I request the staff on the phone to get my photocopy of IC withtheir branch at Pasir Mas,he agree and hang up.


On thesecond day evening(after 24 hrs),the broadband and the supplementaryline still can't be use.I call Pasir Mas maxis authorise dealer tocheck with them,they say they are waitting confirm from maxis and willfollow up for me immediately.

After an hour,a girl staff calledand inform that my account got an write off of RM16.I was shock andtotally no idea I have any write off of my account,as i  pay in frontof her that time.She mention that I got previous account that writeoff.As far as I remember,yes,I did apply a supplementary line beforeand the outstanding been clear off before I apply a maxisbroadband(that I terminate) few years ago.Both account and amount areclear.
I request the staff to check clearly and ask her to provide me the detail.She UNABLE to do so.

Fine,I call maxis by myself to check.Once again,123 from my postpaid(lucky it's free).

Thestaff on phone told me that this is because of my current phone planthat I switch,maxis DIDN'T CARRY FORWARD my previous charges to myaccount and it's bring me a WRITE-OFF RECORDs in my name.
This is shocking and unbelievable message that I ever heard!!

Iwas totally frustrated with this stupid excuse that delaying myapplication,I request the staff to pass to his superior as he is justtrying to convince me it's my fault but doesn't assist me at all.Aftergiving some pressure to the superior,she agree to waive of the chargesand release to get the broadband.

Again.she mention within 24 hrs.
I disagree as it will be more then 48 hrs,I request it be done in 1 hour time as i'm rush to use it.

Thanksto the girl's superior(although she seem not happy with my request),butshe manage to activate my broadband within an hour as per request.
Afteran hour,she call back and inform that my broadband is activate.In thesame call,I ask her how about my supplementary line,she say it'sactivate as well.After hang up the phone,I found out that my broadbandis working but not the supplementary line.

Fine,may be it's taken more time to activate.So I wait again,24 hours.

3rd day,the supplementary line haven't been activate as well.Nevermind,I was busy as well.
4thday,26th of December,Saturday,I called to maxis call centre to checkand there's still no status of my supplementary line.The staff informme it's take 3 WORKING DAYS to activate a phone line.Why is thisdifferent with the staff that telling me at KB Mall?

Fine,I wait.

Until Tuesday 1500hr,it should be more than 3 working days, but my line haven't activate.
Once again,123 from my postpaid......

Radzianswer my call and acknowledge my situation.He mention that activationshould be within 24 hours time if the dealer summit the case.I wasgetting shock again!!!!WHY IS THE ANSWER IS DIFFERENT AGAIN?!?!?!Irequest Radzi to follow up for me and he promise to give me a call backafter 1 hour as he mention he going to off duty at 5pm.
There's no return call after 1 hour,or whole day!Once again,my case is KIV.

Today,30thof December,24 hours is given,3 days also give,payment clear(and it'soverpayment!!),blacklist check,promise maded,but still,my supplymentaryline  still haven't activate.I was fed up.Is this the standard ofservice of Maxis?Is this so call 'best' in Malaysia?What kind ofstandard that Maxis looking for?As a loyal customer,I am fedup,dissapoint of Maxis.

Again,thing still need to be done,again,123 from my postpaid(that lucky still valid).
Sean/Shawn/Shaun inform that my case JUST SUMMITTED YESTERDAY ONLY!!!
24 hrs again?or 3 days?....I don't know,and I doesn't want to know anymore.
