8月16日  (日）各组将会呈现短剧，然后进行讨论会（3.30pm – 4.30pm）

导师简介
The workshop is facilitated by M. Rohaizad Suaidi, a freelance educator and theatre-maker working on several academic and creative projects. M. Rohaizad Suaidi was previously artistic director of Teater Ekamatra, Singapore’s 20-year-old theatre company that presents contemporary and experimental works by and about the Malay-Muslim ethnic minority community in the island city-state. As a theatre-maker, Rohaizad has worked almost exclusively on plays centering on the experiences of women. In 2004, he conceived and directed OPS OPHELIA: a FaShioN opeRa, an experimental and multidisciplinary performance in Kuala Lumpur. The Cameronian Award-winning show featured several of KL’s finest performers including Anne James, Fang Chyi, Maya Arissa Abdullah, Adlin Aman Ramlie, Zalfian Fuzi, and living legend Marion D’Cruz dancing a solo on video. Rohaizad received formal theatre training and education in the United States. He earned an MFA in interdisciplinary theatre from Towson University in Maryland, and has presented at international conferences. He has taught at universities and colleges in the US, Malaysia, Micronesia, and Singapore.
