We view these complaints seriously which is in gross violation of the distributor code of conduct and practice.


In this regard this show cause letter is served on you for you to show cause why action should not be taken against you. Action will be instituted after 14 days from the date of this letter. Failure to rebut the above charges will result in the suspension of your account.

And failure to cease from such actions will result in the termination of your account 14 days after the suspension.


You are required to adhere strictly to the distributor code of conduct/practice as expected of all Dboy Independent Distributors and leaders forthwith.
