销售员说可以租RM1100以上，可能租户是外国派驻新山的员工。
但新山有多少这样的员工？
新山的工商业还没发达到本地人肯每月付RM1100来租房子。

外国人只能买25万以上的房子。
而新加玻人只对有地房产有兴趣。

我是做了一些research，新山真的有人肯化千多一个月来租房。
买下后本打算自居，但后来发现已经交钥匙的Blk 回报率很高，决定出租。
