发现英国能随时终止 YTLP Wessex Water 的 License, 虽然有通知期 25 年.
1989 年签下的, 不知道 2014 年需要更新 License 吗?

疑。。。上次不是有kawan cari查证过它的合约是永久的meh?

你说的license应该是business license吧？每个开公司做生意的都需要license, 只要不做违法事，正经的做生意，问题不大!

Wessex Water provides water services to 1.2 million customers and
sewerage facilities to 2.5 million customers over an area of
approximately 10,000 square kilometres in the south west of
England and operates under a rolling 25-year licence granted by the
UK Government.

应该不是生意的 License 吧..
有谁能帮忙解答吗?

请问你是在那里的年报得到这些资料？
Wessex Water是ytl power在2002年 的签下的，
License是永久性的，你可以到ytl 的网站得到这些资料

ytl 的网站确实是写着永久特许经营..
以上资料我是个别从 02 (通知期 25 年,1989 年签下...) 和 07 年 (Rolling 25 years license...) 的年报取得的...

我想我明白了...
从2002年的年报...
YTLP 在 [21 May 2002] 买齐了英国 Wessex Water 公司100% 的股权,
而后Wessex Water子公司-> Wessex Water Services 在1989 年跟 "OFWAT" 签了 Instrument of Appointment, 可是英国能随时终止 Wessex Water Services 的  Instrument License, 然而有通知期 25 年 (10年 改去了 25年)

所以当英国不满意/不想/其他原因, 都有权终止 License, 但如果没事发生, 就可以说成是 -> 永久性吧?

The Office of Water Services (OFWAT) is the economic regulator for water and sewerage services in England and Wales. It is a non-ministerial government department led by the Director General of Water Services.
OFWAT works closely with the Government and water quality regulators including the Environment Agency, the Drinking Water Inspectorate and English Nature to monitor the way in which water companies give customers good quality and efficient service at a fair price.
OFWAT does this by:

• setting limits on what companies can charge you
• ensuring companies are able to carry out their responsibilities under the Water Industry Act 1991
• protecting the standard of service you receive
• encouraging companies to be more efficient
• helping to encourage competition where appropriate.
• make comparisons between the companies to raise standards

The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) is the body responsible for economic regulation of the privatised water and sewerage industry in England and Wales.
Ofwat is primarily responsible for setting limits on the prices charged for water and sewerage services, taking into account proposed capital investment schemes (such as building new wastewater treatment works) and expected operational efficiency gains. The most recent review was carried out in 2004; reviews are carried out every five years, and thus the next will take place in 2009.

The Environment Agency is responsible for environmental regulation, and the Drinking Water Inspectorate for regulating drinking water quality.

Ofwat was set up in 1989 at the time when the 10 Water Authorities in England and Wales were privatised by flotation on the stock market. The resulting companies are known as "the water and sewerage companies"; this distinguishes them from around a dozen smaller companies which only provide water services, which were already in private hands in 1989 (having remained in private ownership since their creation in the nineteenth century). The water only companies provide water to around 25% of the population in England and Wales.
Before 1 April 2006, all regulatory powers rested with the Director General of Water Services. The staff who supported the role of the Director General were collectively known as the "Office of Water Services", which was abbreviated to "Ofwat".

License是永久性的, 但英国政府能随时终止. 不过必须给25年的Notice.
所以说和约被中止的可能性近于零.
