如果是 the eggs that are in there refrigerator :
are 表示那些蛋现在在冰箱里，
不可能还问那些蛋现在在哪里（where are）吧？

所以，正确的说法应该是：
过去在冰箱里的那些蛋(the eggs that were in the refrigerator)
现在在哪里？(Where are the eggs...?)：
Where are the eggs that were in the refrigerator?

provided/providing 那个部分得用现在一般时态/Present Simple Tense

句子里的 providing 是连接词/conjunction，是“假如”的意思，也可用 provided，意思不变，例句：
Provided that the weather is fine, we'll go to the beach on Sunday. 或
Providing that the weather is fine, we'll go to the beach on Sunday.
假如天气好的话，我们星期天去海边。
provided 或 providing 可以取代 if 使用。

英文语法书很多，可以到书店或上网去找一本适合自己的。如果是标准英语的话，美式和英式的语法差别不大。
