On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a free warrants issue of up to 316,306,032 free warrants in the Company (“Warrants”) on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing ordinary shares in Asia Poly held by the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the record of depositors of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Free Warrants Issue”).
