You had asking the sales person regarding the balance unit price ? They increase their pricing alreadly ? which floor you refering ? still have a lot of bumi lot ? |

有一单位要转让,rebate后 less than 240k,block b 向泳池,二搂. non bumi 我不是agent,只是要拿回我的定金.要的话,快pm |

TNB Substation 已经开始建了。 在swimming pool 的worker quarter 已经拆掉了。

我也是还没准备好我的'子弹'.
昨天收到developer寄来的信,又要10%的钱了for internal & external wall finishes.

hi ladies and gentlemens,
i aware of the development since i staying nearby.
i did manage to visit the show unit last only last week. the price is increased very high price compared to before.
i need your kind advice whether worth to buy with this price.
blk b, 6th floor, facing swimming, 1,197sf @ 348,000 before rebate? expensive hor?
- rebate 28.8k
- d/p 6k
- loan 313.2k
anyone can advice me? or i can get further discount or free furniture?

你现在要买的是bumi lot 吗?之前max. price 才 rm308k for type A 18th floor. 现在第六楼已经rm348k?
block B 应该有送你电器的,他们没有跟你说吗?如果你不要拿电器的话,可以扣rm8k。
以rm348k 在JB买 1197sq ft 的apartment,还是算便宜了,才rm290/sq ft. 现在JB普通都要 rm400/sq ft 以上了。
应该是买的过的。

developer 只是 cc 我罢了。当然有借loan的啦,不然哪里有本事fully cash哦。只是普通的打工仔罢了。

hai 你好,
developer只是包S&P的lawyer fee. 可是杂费是需要我们自己还的。loan的话,developer 是不包的。
