家盟吉子公司获3.6亿合约

(吉隆坡4日讯)家盟吉(GBGAQRS,5226,主板建筑股)宣布,独资子公司Gabungan Strategik私人有限公司,获颁总值3亿6097万8545令吉的合约。
家盟吉向马交所报备指,今日其独资子公司Gabungan Strategik私人有限公司,接受Kreatif Sinar Gabungan颁发的得标书,负责彭亨州政府的苏丹阿末沙州行政大厦的分包合约。
Kreatif Sinar Gabungan是家盟吉的联号公司,并持有30%股权。
该分包合约的内容,包括建造及完成苏丹阿末沙州行政大厦中所有的建筑工程、机械工程、室内外设计,以及基础工程。
工程期限为39个月,并从上个月27日开始,预计竣工日期为2020年3月26日。

行家建议
我们估计,该项目的税前盈利赚幅最高可达20%,因为这是个通过直接协商得到的设计与建筑项目。而3.61亿令吉的项目价值,也高于我们的最初估计的3.2亿令吉。
根据较高的实际合约价格,和保守的12%赚幅,我们将2017至2018财年的每股净利预测,调高3至4%。
只要赚幅增加1个基点,则每股净利预测,就会走高1.2至1.3%。
假设取得20%的赚幅,就会带动每股净利再增长9至11%,在2017及2018财年分别达8.7仙和12.6仙。
目前,建筑订单约有18亿令吉,相等于2015财年建筑营业额的5.9倍,显著提高净利能见度。

家盟吉5569万售地嘉登

(吉隆坡6日讯)家盟吉(GBGAQRS,5226,主板贸服股)以5569万令吉,脱售一块地皮给嘉登(GADANG,9261,主板建筑股)独资子公司Gadang Construction私人有限公司。
2公司今日纷纷向马交所报备,独资子公司Nusvista Development私人有限公司已与Gadang Construction签署买卖协议。
家盟吉指,该地皮位于雪兰莪白沙罗柏兰岭,面积为1万779平方米。2009年11月18日以3828万8301令吉购入,因此,预计可从售地活动获得1165万9320令吉盈利。
脱售所得将用于偿还债务。
家盟吉补充,脱售活动是该公司持续套现的活动之一,通过脱售一些地皮来筹资,作为17亿令吉建筑订单的营运资本,及偿还银行贷款。
该公司预计,该脱售对2017财年的净资产、每股净资产、盈利与每股盈利,有正面的影响,同时也减少负债率。
如无意外,家盟吉预计在2017财年第三季内完成脱售。
双方必须取得经济策划局(EPU)与雪州政府的批准。

关丹警总部近2亿合约
传家盟吉出线几率高

(吉隆坡27日讯)消息透露,家盟吉(GBGAQRS,5226,主板建筑股)有很大机会,获颁建筑工程合约,在关丹KotaSAS打造警察总部。
《The Edge》引述消息,上述合约价值预计介于1亿6000万令吉至2亿令吉。
持8亿合约
纳入上述和最近的合约,今年订单料额外增加8亿令吉。
去年12月,家盟吉与陆盛(TMAKMUR,5251,主板种植股)联营公司Kreatif Sinar Gabungan(简称KBS),接获4亿1552万令吉,负责建造彭亨州政府行政大厦。
随后,家盟吉独资子公司Gabungan Strategik私人有限公司,接受KBS颁发的得标书,负责彭亨州政府的苏丹阿末沙州行政大厦的分包合约,总值3亿6098万令吉。
家盟吉在上周四(23日)向马交所报备,截至1月底,家盟吉手握订单达18亿令吉,预计可忙碌3年。
全年转盈2258万
截至去年12月杪末季,公司净利从73万3000令吉,按年飙涨9.09倍至739万5000令吉,或每股净利1.89仙。
末季营业额则按年扬83.54%,取得8606万6000令吉,优于上财年的4689万3000令吉。
根据文告,房产业务营业额较高,推动业绩。
建筑业务营业额则相对较低,主要因为吉隆坡新街场-淡江高架大道(SUKE)开始施工。

业务复苏.家盟吉财测维持
(吉隆坡14日讯)家盟吉(GBGAQRS,5226,主板建筑组)业务走向复苏,股价今年飙涨37%,但MIDF研究并未因此昏头,认为公司未来盈利增长动能有待东海岸铁路及沙巴泛婆罗洲大道工程释出催化剂,暂维持今明2个财政年盈利目标不变。
手握18亿合约
MIDF研究表示,家盟吉管理层向投资者展向扭转乾坤的魄力,公司手握18亿令吉合约,2016财政年盈利更大起336%,带动今年来股价走扬37.02%。
“但是,纵然股价攀升,我们仍维持家盟吉2017和2018财政年盈利不变,除非2017财政年订单更新率超过6亿令吉目标20%,至7亿2000万令吉,或我们调整现金流折现(DFC)估值的风险调整现金流比重从40至55%两大情况出现。”
目前,家盟吉本益比达21.79倍,远比中小资本建筑股的12倍为高。
不过,MIDF研究指出,东海岸铁路工程将开进Kota SAS,即家盟吉首席执行员拿督阿兹占现持股10.8%的Tanah Makmur Kota SAS私人有限公司旗下产业,家盟吉有望从中受惠。
“此外,沙巴泛婆罗洲大道工程预制组件(Precast)配套工程将为公司2018财政年带来支撑。我们预计工程期限,集团可入袋4亿令吉合约。”
股价涨势已高
评级下调
尽管如此,MIDF研究认为,家盟吉涨势已高,下调其评级至“中和”,目标价为1令吉24仙。

家盟吉3473万售地

(吉隆坡18日讯)家盟吉(GBGAQRS,5226,主板贸服股)计划以3472万7683令吉脱售位于雪州地皮,预计有680万令吉的净利在2017财年入账。
家盟吉向交易所报备,持股52%的子公司Prestige Field发展私人有限公司,与Ara Indah发展私人有限公司签署买卖协议,脱售约2万861平方米的地皮。
公司指,脱售地皮是持续套现的活动之一。
该公司脱售特定地皮,用在建筑订单合(约17亿令吉)约的营运资本,以及偿还银行贷款,这符合公司减债策略,以加强财务基础。
此外,一旦与一个马来西亚房屋计划(PR1MA)执行整栋购买协议后,家盟吉也会脱售所有位于雪邦龙溪(Dengkil)约19.13英亩地皮;该项协议预计在截至3月31日首季末执行。【e南洋】
