近期股价下跌 IFCA遭马交所发UMA质询

（吉隆坡25日讯）由于近期股价下跌，IFCA MSC Bhd今日遭大马交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。

休市时，该股跌14.81%，或24仙，报1.38令吉，共3763万1100股易手，是今日第八大下跌股和第三大热门股。

该股一度跌27仙，或16.67%，报1.35令吉。

IFCA必须披露任何可能造成股价下跌的企业发展、并解释任何因素导致近期股价异动的传言或报告。

早前，InterPacific证券抽佣经纪黄峋理将该股的跌势归因于总财务长（CFO）辞职，尽管该公司截至3月底首季净利飙涨超过2200%，至969万令吉，前期为42万令吉。

营业额也从前期的1369万令吉，涨133.63%，至3198万令吉。

黄峋理说：“CFO是个关键人物。公司刚公布这么好的盈利表现，他为什么突然辞职？这是主要原因。这有点可疑。董事部必须澄清此事。”

1.30上下的價位是2月份公佈業績時的價位。
三個月后公佈了業績，竟然跌回2月份公佈業績時的價位。
所以，股價被高估了50-60仙？

股市真的是不合邏輯咯。

（吉隆坡25日訊）競優國際（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技）日前公布總財務長離職后引發賣壓，股項大熱下滑遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”質詢，早盤母股及憑單走勢“慘不忍睹”，並列十大下跌股榜。

該公司上週五（22日）突然向馬證交所報備，現年48歲的總財務長溫立生（譯音）另謀高就宣布辭職，不過卻未公布取代其職位的人選，股項今早即承受沉重賣壓，早盤為十大熱門股兼下跌股。

開市時，競優國際跌1仙至1.61令吉，休市時跌幅已擴大至24仙，掛1.38令吉，早盤一度挫至1.35令吉，為4月中以來最低水平，成交量3763萬1100股，其大熱下滑走勢遭馬證交所發出異常交易活動質詢。

警惕謹慎投資

馬證交所要求該公司解釋股項異動原因，同時警惕投資者謹慎投資該股，該公司稍晚向馬證交所報備指出，已諮詢相關人士，不清楚股項價量齊揚原因；該股早已止不住跌勢，閉市時，競優國際跌24仙至1.38令吉，成交量5665萬3800股。

該公司憑單競優國際-WA（IFCAMSC-WA，0023WA，創業板科技）同跌，開市時平盤1.52令吉，休市時卻挫24仙，半日交投506萬3100股；午盤該股走勢亦無好轉，閉市時，競優國際-WA跌27仙至1.25令吉，成交量650萬200股。

自從獲市場視為消費稅下受惠的軟件及方案公司，競優國際股價即步步高升，股價從今年初75仙勁漲，數週前仍節節攀升至史上最高水平，上週才開始滑落。
