GG Gaming Platform User License Agreement
1. Important Information
1.1 According to the agreement, GG Gaming Platform agrees to provide mutuality service on the Internet ("Network Service") basics. In order to gain Network Service, service user ("User") acknowledges that you and such use are bound by and subject to the provisions of this agreement without modifications. When User clicks the "Agree" button to proceed to download our platform client software, it means that User understands and accepts the provisions of this agreement. 1.2 Please use original softwares (games).
2. Service content
The content of Network Service supplied by GG Gaming Platform according to the services provided such as GG gaming room, forum, etc. GG Gaming Platform reserves the right to update or terminate some kind or all Network Service.
3. User rules
3.1 When applying for GG Gaming Platform Network Service, user must ensure that the correct personal information is given. Should there be any changes; user is responsible for updating the information to GG Gaming Platform. 3.2 After successful registration, GG Gaming Platform will provide every user with a user ID and a password, which is strictly confidential and known only to the user. User should bear all legal responsibility for all activities and events under the use of their ID. 3.3 When using GG Gaming Platform Network Service, user must keep to the following principles: (a) Keep to Singapore laws and regulations; (b) Forbidden to use Network Service for any illegal purposes (c) Keep to all correlative Network agreement, regulations and programs; (d) Forbidden to make use of GG Network Service to transmit any annoying, libelous, abusive, intimidating, nasty and illegal information. (e) User should notify GG Gaming Platform immediately if they find that their ID has been misused illegally or contains security bugs.
4. Content Proprietorship
4.1 The content of GG Gaming Platform Network Service may include softwares, sounds, images, videos, charts and etc. All these content proprietorship, brand and other property ownerships are protected by law. 4.2 Only authorized users can use the GG Network Service contents. Do not copy, remake or create correlative peripheral product.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 GG Gaming Platform will not disclose user's registration information and any other information given by the user when using the Network Service to public or any third party partnership, except on the following conditions: (a) Authorization from user; (b) Subject to correlative laws; (c) Subject to correlative government administration; (d) For maintenance of the society and public benefits; (e) For maintenance of GG Gaming Platform legal benefits. 5.2 GG Gaming Platform and the third partnership will supply user with correlative Network Service. Under this condition, if the third party partnership agrees to take the responsibility to protect the user's privacy like GG Gaming Platform, GG Gaming Platform will provide the third party partnership with the user's registration information. 5.3 In the precondition of not disclosing personal information, GG Gaming Platform has the right to analyze the users database and utilize it in the business.
6. User Declaration
6.1 User should agree that they will take full responsibility for all actions within GG Gaming Platform Network. GG Gaming Platform will not bear any responsibility on the users' actions. 6.2 GG Gaming Platform does not assure that Network Service can satisfy the request of user, security and accuracy betimes.
7. Service alteration, maintenance or Termination
7.1 Advance notice will be given if GG Gaming Platform Network Service is undergoing any service alteration, temporary close down of service or termination due to system maintenance or upgrade. 7.2 In the event of any of the following, GG Gaming Platform is entitled to terminate the Network Service in this agreement at any moment: (a) The personal information provided by the user is false. (b) The user does not abide to the rules in this agreement. 7.3 With exception to the above circumstances, GG Gaming Platform reserves the right to terminate the Network Service at any point of time without any notification to the user.
8. Compensation for breach of terms of agreement
8.1 The user should ensure and maintain to the interest of GG Gaming Platform and other users, if the user violates related law, statute or any items in this agreement and in turn cause the loss or damage to GG Gaming Platform's or any other third party, he or she should agree to bear full amount of compensation.
9. Modification of agreement terms
9.1 GG Gaming Platform may modify some items of this agreement. The modifications made will be prompted in the related pages 9.2 If the user does not agree with the items modified by GG Gaming Platform, he or she has the right to stop using the Network Service. If the user continues to use the Network Service, it will be said that he or she has accepted the modifications.
10. Law domination
10.2 If the two parties have any disputes about the content or execution of this agreement, they should consult each other and solve the dispute to such that both parties are agreeable, if the two parties cannot come to a common term; any party can litigate to the local court.
11. Information and services
All the notification in this agreement can be delivered in the form of important page, E-mail or the routine correspondence.
12. Other regulations
12.1 This full agreement consists of the promised events between two parties and other correlative events, except the items listed in the agreement, the two parties of this agreement are not entitled to other rights. 12.2 If any of items in this agreement have no effect or execution power, the other items will not be affected in any manner. 12.3 The title of this agreement is for user convenience |
