看到人家写的关于Archan Pan...里面也有提到之前讲的起“死回生指”
Phra Acharn Phan Wat Kao Oo, Pattalong province
Among the famous olden day gurus of “Samnak Kao Oo”- the school magical skills of the south, Phra Acharn Phan was one of them who learned his magical skills direct from Phra Acharn Thong Tao- the great master of Samnak Kao Oo.
Phra Achan Phan Phantamo was a young novice study Dharma with Phra Acharn Thong Tao. When he reached age to ordain as a monk, Phra Acharn Thong Tao was his preceptor. At that time, Samnak Kao Oo was already very famous and having a large following of disciple who came to study with Phra Acharn Thong Tao. Since the departure of Phra Acharn Yard to Wat Don Sala temple taking over the duty of abbot, Phra Acharn Thong Tao was short of instructors for his large numbers of new students. Hence, Phra Acharn Phan, a junior of Phra Acharn Yard was chosen to lead the new students when Phra Acharn Thong Tao was old and considering that his young disciple was a fast learner and had excelled in all the subject of different magical skills he had taught him.
When Phra Acharn Thong Tao passed away, Phra Acharn Phan became the abbot of Wat Kao Oo. When he was old, Acharn Sri Ngen, one of his disciples brought him to stay in Wat Don Sala. A few years later, Phra Acharn Phan returned to Wat Kao Oo and passed away.
Phra Acharn Phan had learned all of the magical skills taught by his teacher. One of the known magical skills of Phra Acharn Phan was “Niw Shee Petch” or diamond forefinger. This is also the skills whereby most of the disciples of Phra Acharn Thong Tao have inherited. It was said this very powerful skill involved the fore finger on the right arm to become as solid as a diamond when practiced. It is mainly used to perform rites of curing one from black magic. If used unwisely, it could even kill someone. It was said that all the right forefingers of Phra Acharn Thong Tao, Phra Acharn Yard and Phra Acharn Phan could not be burnt at the time of their cremation. During the time of Phra Acharn Kong, Wat Bansuan, the forefinger of Phra Acharn Thong Tao was displayed to the public.
Phra Acharn Phan was said to have attained a very high level on his practice. He were often used old torn robe of his to clean his feet and then chant a short mantra before giving them to devotees. Someone had ever witnessed that the torn robe given by the master could not be burnt even placed under fire. |
