WCT擬向大馬機場索償

（吉隆坡14日訊）鑒於吉隆坡國際機場廉航終站（KLIA2）一再展延啟用，WCT公司（WCT,9679,主板建筑組）有意向大馬機場（AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組）追討數百萬令吉賠償金。

該公司企業及金融主管張健華指出：“我們將與大馬機場洽談，並可能向大馬機場索取賠償金，以抵銷因延遲啟用的融資及營運成本，不過這不會過於顯著，料為數百萬令吉。”

他說，儘管WCT公司在KLIA2的零售單位已接近落實，但基於機場設施未能啟用，導致零售業者面對巨大挑戰，無法拿捏開張營業的期限。

“因此，我們需要大馬機場給予確實的啟用日期，若能趕在今年杪投入營運，預計零售單位租用率能提昇至超過80%，相比目前為70%。”（星洲日報）

该公司今日向马交所报备，“WCT控股”将于7月8日，正式取代“WCT有限公司”的上市地位。

（吉隆坡1日訊）W C T控股（WCT,9679,主板建筑組）股價從5月起一路下滑10%，但分析員相信在建築業務表現強勁、產業發展銷售有望急起直追，以及潛在新合約湧入下，料可為來季盈利帶來正面動能，並為股價找到支撐點。

MIDF研究表示，WCT控股股價已自5月的每股2令吉74仙高位回落10%，但儘管昨日大盤殺聲隆隆，但該股表現卻相對穩定，相信股價已找到其鞏固水平，未來下行風險受限。

握26億外國建築合約

目前，該公司手握總值26億令吉的外國建築合約，而整體建築業務在2013財政年首季表現穩定，對營業額貢獻按年增長27%，而在第二吉隆坡國際機場（KLIA2）、龐大土工程和卡達爾政府辦公大樓等工程支撐下，現財政年次季建築業務依舊強勁，料可為來季盈利帶來正面動能。

產業未入賬銷售4.96億

此外，WCT控股放眼2013財政年產業銷售目標達7億7千500萬令吉，而截至今年3月31日止未入賬銷售為4億9千600萬令吉，相信產業發展業務貢獻將從現財政年首季的1億2千300萬令吉顯著增長。

該證券行說，雖然選前效益對產業市場帶來衝擊，可能反映在現財政年次季產業業務走緩上，但看好產業銷售將在下半年後起直追。

同時，WCT控股管理層透露集團現放眼包括國家石油公司邊佳蘭煉油及石油化學綜合發展中心（RAPID）、亞庇水供計劃、西海岸大道、南部雙軌鐵路、吉隆坡至新加坡高速鐵路等在內的土木工程合約。

據悉，該公司現在爭取總值7億令吉的沙巴大學醫院教育大樓，以及Kwasa Damansara土地工程的“工程交付伙伴”（Project Delivery Partner）處於領跑者（Front Runner）階段，相關工程有望在今年第四季頒佈，可能提昇總合約至21億令吉。

除本地工程外，WCT控股也放眼海灣國家的土木工程、道路和基礎建設等公車，但MIDF對此持保守態度，維持全年新增18億令吉工程目標不變。

“基於上述考量，我們維持WCT控股盈利目標，以及｀買進’評級不變，目標價則從2令吉72仙上修至2令吉88仙。”（星洲日報／財經）

WCT工程斥835萬 購高管關聯公司8房產

（吉隆坡19日訊）WCT工程（WCT，9679，主要板建築）宣布將以835萬令吉，向董事經理陳錦華關聯公司收購8項房地產。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，旗下子公司于本月16日簽署個別買賣協議，向陳錦華持股的Nelwood及Strangeway私人有限公司，收購該批房地產。

文告指出，整項協議預計將在今年12月完成，所有房地產皆位于巴生武吉丁宜城，目前由WCT工程子公司Labur Bina租借。[中国报财经]

业绩符合市场预期 WCT 新合约烘托前景

（吉隆坡24日讯）WCT控股（WCT，9679，主板建筑股）最新财报符合市场预期，在预计取得更多合约烘托，前景看俏。

分析员预料，该公司在本地竞标10亿至15亿令吉的工程及卡塔尔10亿令吉的基建工程，将会有好消息。

肯纳格投资研究相信，该公司在年底前将赢得至少一项或更多的合约，即敦拉萨国际贸易中心（TRX）第一区和第二区的余下工程，以及沙巴医院建筑合约。因此，维持2013财年10亿令吉订单补充的预测。

WCT宣布每股派息3.5仙，该行预计该公司下半年将派发同等的股息。

肯纳格投资研究指出，自上一份报告发布以来，WCT的股价因市场低迷而下跌了11%，因而把该公司列入“评估中”，目标价维持2.61令吉，以待管理层对前景给予更清晰的指引。

联昌国际指出，该公司首半年表现符合预期，但没有大惊喜。不过，受惠于进度收款和产业推介，该公司下半年表现通常比较强劲。

由于赢得合约是重估主要催化剂，联昌国际维持超越大市评级，目标价2.94令吉。

盈利动力来自产业

达证券预计，WCT近期和中期的盈利增长将来自产业发展，主要在华联花园（Taman OUG）、依斯干达区Medini和巴生武吉丁宜镇；及产业投资，其中包括吉隆坡第二国际机场综合大楼、新山新佰乐泰购物广场（Paradigm Mall）及华联花园。

该行维持盈利预测和目标价于2.83令吉不变，但评级从“守住”上修至“买入”。

大众投资银行持续看好WCT，因该公司把策略转向一个增加经常性收入的可持续商业模式，另外该公司保守的资本管理、相对低的负债，将使它能抵御周期性低点，也可把握投资机会。

该行维持“超越大市”评级，目标价为2.87令吉。

分析員預期WCT有望在下半年攫取逾10億令吉新工程合約，特別是卡塔爾的道路及橋樑工程合約；而旗下產業發展領域盈利也料有增無減，新地皮收購是潛在利好催化因素。

聯昌研究指出，該公司產業發展業務將專注在大馬市場，建築業務在下半年則覬覦中東海灣市場潛在工程合約。

該公司2013年首半年新產業銷售為2億2千500萬令吉，主要來自巴生河流域及大馬依斯干達產業計劃，截至今年6月杪，未入賬產業銷售額為4億8千萬令吉。

MIDF研究指出，目前該公司手持28億令吉工程合約，預料今年可攫取10億新工程合約。

肯納格研究指出，該公司持有海外市場工程合約23億令吉，預測今年新工程合約將減少至6億令吉（之前預測為10億令吉）。

估值催化因素，包括攫取較高新工程合約、較高產業銷售、海外訴訟勝出，以及取消的阿曼高速大道計劃重新頒發等利好。

興業研究指出，今年至今為止，該公司取得5億1千100萬令吉工程合約，若要達到全年15億令吉目標，要在余下的4個月里，攫取約10億令吉新工程合約。

管理層表示有信心達到目標，因攫取卡塔爾約10億令吉工程合約，以及布城的10億令吉大廈工程合約等的機會良好。

不過，安聯研究指出，本地建築工程合約頒發在全國大選後緩慢下來，預料要在今年10月舉行巫統大會後才加速頒發。
