他叫gary staker。以前是球员通道管家，类似保安的工作。在ranieri刚来的时候，也就是mourinho的前一任，因为会说意大利语而自荐当他的翻译官。不过当不久，原因是他多次翻译错误后来被炒。再之后被委任为球员联络官，所以时常能看到他和球员互动。现在他在俱乐部的地位算蛮高的，这是我找到的资料。

Tyro Dautovic signs for Chelsea for £1m
Chelsea have continued their recruitment of some of the best young players in Europe with a deal worth £1m for the Slovenian 17-year old Emir Dautovic.
The centre-back had a trial at Manchester City last season but did not join the club.
He is currently registered with the Maribor, the Slovenian champions. It is anticipated that Dautovic will go into the academy at Chelsea next season.
The club are also set to sign George Brady, 15, the nephew of Karren Brady, the West Ham vice-chairman, in the next few weeks from the French club Cannes. The player impressed over the weekend in a trial game and a compensation deal has been agreed between the two clubs.
