哈哈~谁知道的都可以回答啊。。因为是private & confidential(P&C)的关系。所以律师或银行顶多也是给你过目而已啦。。但还是可以向律师要求复印一份啦,只是最终的决定还是在律师那里
放心啦,我们的贷款银行只会在收到Letter of Disclaimer (LD)之后才会出钱给发展商的银行或发展商。简单来说,LD是一个must procedure |

我最后一次去是起到六楼,前阵子听袜子兄说起着第七楼,不懂起好了没有。typeA&B左边的wing才起到第二楼! damar和cedar有连接的吗? |

没有连接吧。。话说回来,那天我带女友去参观示范屋时,销售量看起来有缓和的现象。不清楚是不是REI比较放松了。。而且SA也没有像上次那样让我看cedar的价钱。 |

我也是这么觉得。觉得他们是时候刊登报纸广告了。小财不出大财不入。还有目前因该pick up damar的进度以获取大众更多的信心。推销起来更事半功倍。 |

各位邻居,上次我发了一封投诉信给daniele,他说会帮我问project manager,今天得到回应了。看来他们并没有敷衍我,这一点值得赞扬。
以下是Project Manager Barisan Tenaga Perancang ( M ) Sdn Bhd,Roselee Bin Mat Japri的回复:
Referring to the email that you have sent to our exclusive Marketing Agent, I’m writing to you as Project Manager of Selayang Springs Condominium.
As you have probably noticed, construction works have been slightly delayed (approximately 30 days from the forecasted contractual schedule) due to lack of work-force and delay in delivery of some of the materials. We already have been following up with the main contractor to define a new schedule that will allow a full recovery of the delay by the end of February. Part of the “Delay recovery plan” consists of night works that will start within few days (if you have a chance to pass by our construction site during night hours after December 15th you will definitely notice a big improvement)
For your information, the date of completion given to our Main Building Contractor for Block Damar is by the end of September 2011. After the meeting above and looking at the counter measures that will take place shortly, we, at Barisan Tenaga Perancang, are confident our Main Contractor can deliver and hand over to us on time.
The first SPA for Block Damar has been signed on February 5th, 2009. Consequently, Barisan Tenaga Perancang has to deliver Vacant Possession of Block Damar to our purchaser by February 5th, 2012. As I’ve mentioned above, the total delay is only 30 days and looking at the night work planned by our Main Contractor we have no doubt in guaranteeing a punctual delivery of Damar’s Vacant Possession.
Looking forward to meet you upon delivery of your unit and remaining at your disposal for any further clarification you may request. |

ok...需要带night vision cam了。。。可能不用,因为要是开工的话,应该会开启spot light好像stadium 酱。。。  |

既然是明年9月才起好,那我们目前就不用给酱多利息了。趁这9个月赚多一点钱吧!
