KEURO (3565) 上升阻力落于 0.44 ，0.485 及 0.525。
如果不能突破 0.485， 可以先走人。

我是绝对认真的, 因为炒股票是绝对有凤险的, 况且钱的数额会很大.

大家的钱都是很不容易赚回来的.

P/S 我曾经 GORENG 7024. 时间一个月多, 回酬 200%. (NO JOKE).

Monthly announcement pursuant to Amended PN 17 ("Amended PN17")
Techventure Bhd ('Techven' or 'Company')
Monthly announcement on the status of the Company's plan to regularize its
condition pursuant to Amended Practice Note No.17 ("Amended PN17")
Further to the announcement on 1 December 2006, Techven wishes to inform that
it is still working on the plan to regularise its financial condition
('Regularisation Plan'). As it was anticipated that the Regularisation Plan
could not be completed for submission to the Securities Commission by 7 January

2007 pursuant to Paragraph 4.1 of the Amended PN17, Techven had on 22 December
2006 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for an
extension of time of six months to 7 July 2007.

Only recently in November 2006, after concerted efforts and many unviable
suitors, the Company had found a promising white knight in the form of Master
Resources Development Sdn Bhd ('MRDSB'), an independent party. Techven has been

in discussions with MRDSB, which has proposed to undertake the development of
Techven's land in Sepang and to inject income-generating assets into Techven,
which will yield returns that meet the authorities' requirement for Techven's
continued listing on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Most importantly, MRDSB
is prepared to participate in the equity of Techven via Techven's proposed
rights issue to recapitalize the Company. As a gesture of its commitment and
seriousness on its proposals, MRDSB has given an irrevocable undertaking to
subscribe to Techven's proposed rights issue via an excess share application
for up to RM30 million.

With the cessation of all the unviable manufacturing operations, the last of
which is Incaplas (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd's roto-moulding business, which will cease

operations at the end of December 2006, the Company will be focussed on the
development of its land in Sepang.

The directors are confident that the proposals by MRDSB, particularly the
recapitalisation of Techven via an injection of new money through the proposed
rights issue, if given time for implementation, will regularise the Company's
financial condition.

Unfortunately, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has on 28 December 2006
informed Techven of its decision to reject Techven's application and has
reminded Techven that if Techven fails to submit the Regularisation Plan by 7
January 2007, a suspension shall be imposed on the trading of its listed
securities pursuant to Para 8.14C(4) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa
Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 12 January 2007 and
de-listing procedures shall be commenced against the Company.

The Company will be making an appeal to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for
the extension of time due to the fact the white knight was discovered only in
November 2006. The directors are of the opinion that the Company has strong
grounds in that Techven has a viable Regularisation Plan which include the
recapitalisation of the Company by RM30 million and which only requires more
time to complete. The directors hope that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will

be understanding and sympathetic to Techven's appeal. The directors also
believe that no effort should be spared to preserve the investments of the more

than 4,000 shareholders, including Permodalan Nasional Berhad and the Employees

Provident Fund.

This announcement is dated 29 December 2006.

今天暂时停牌，因为 Bursa 不给他延期解决 PN17 问题，所以如果一个礼拜里面没有解决，就明年第二个礼拜就要除牌了。

不过世事难料，也许下个礼拜来个峰回路转，那时 uncle 可能有 500% 也说不定。

听講 PN17 多達3X多隻股，只有二隻過關而已，下來明年的看運了。
4103 PMIND 好多人怕了，這隻股如要除牌，早就給股票所除牌了，MBF明年也是，不明白股票所是不是在玩(雷XX)今年的盈利超出，也不能脫離 PN17，反而是政府有關係的公司不會除牌，真是一大笑話了。
