The Board of Directors of Rohas Tecnic Berhad (“Rohas” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd, a 86.8% owned subsidiary of Rohas, had on 26 March 2025 accepted a letter of intent issued by Tenaga Nasional Berhad for the provision of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services for the overhead line (OHL) quad-circuit 275/275kv double-circuit (DC) transmission line to the new Kenyir gas insulated substation (GIS) (“OHL Project”). Further details of the OHL Project are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 26 March 2025.

Description	ROHAS TECNIC BERHAD ("ROHAS" OR THE "COMPANY") DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE 30% EQUITY INTEREST IN PHU MY VINH CONSTRUCTION AND INVESTMENT CORPORATION, AN INDIRECT ASSOCIATE COMPANY OF ROHAS TO KOREA WATER RESOURCES CORPORATION, FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF VND500.82 BILLION
(Unless otherwise stated, this announcement uses the exchange rate of Vietnamese Dong (VND) 100 : Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 0.0169, based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s middle rate as at 5.00 p.m. on 22 April 2025, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement, for the purpose of translating VND into RM, where applicable.) Reference is made to Rohas’ announcement dated 17 March 2025 in relation to the Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement. On 17 March 2025, the Board of Directors of Rohas (“Board”) announced that RBC Water Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 March 2025 entered into a binding term sheet with K-Water which sets out the understanding of RBC and K-Water for the disposal of RBC’s entire 30% equity interest in Phu My Vinh Construction and Investment Corporation for a cash consideration of VND500.82 billion (equivalent to approximately RM84.64 million) (“Disposal”). The Board wishes to announce that RBC and K-Water had on 28 April 2024 entered into a share purchase agreement (“SSA”) for the Disposal. Further details of the SSA in relation to the Disposal are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 28 April 2025.
