For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions in this announcement are the same as those defined in the announcement dated 7 January 2025 (GA1-07012025-00028) and 15 November 2023 (GA1-15112023-00024). The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB") wishes to announce that on 25 June 2025, BDB has entered into a Joint Venture cum Shareholders Agreement ("JVSA") with Energise Sdn Bhd ("Energise") with detailed information as attached. The Company will provide regular updates on the progress of the JVSA. This announcement is dated 14 July 2025.
