This project next year will be complete if they keep on on this speed . Dont the housing value will increase or not nearby this area.

他们的progress真的很快，现在已经10% ahead of schedule.
这个月头我有去问sale office 的人，有可能这个月会拆掉sale office 然后开始建car park.
现在eastbay的value已经可以去到RM3++ per sq ft 了。sale girl 跟我讲的。附近的屋子价钱我就不懂咯。

对，在construction period里面我们是一分钱都不用出的。拿到锁匙过后才开始还installment.

Thank for your info nad respond .This is good news for us . Surrounding still have any new apartment ? or any shop lot start build up ?
Your progress photo let us more understand the progress . I think no need wait until end of 2013 also can get the key as follow their progress now each month almost can achieve 2 levels.

不用客气，我也和你一样，希望他们可以经快建好。
sale girl 有跟我讲，他们将会在permas那边建别的apartment，可是还没有这样快。价钱当然比eastbay贵的跟加多了。

If i stay at JB ,i also will go there visit and take a look the progress .
Wish there area more convenience and more shop lot is easy for us.Those unit sold out ? You buy there becasue their design or convenience for your working place ?

eastbay 附近已经有店屋，也会建新的店屋。附近已经有tesco & Aeon Permas Jaya. 非常的方便了。
你说的两个都中，我真的看中它的design （和别的apartment design 不一样）和方便我去上班（我在kota masai上班）。eastbay还有几间还没有卖出。
JB Apartment价钱现在都是above RM400/sq ft. 有的高到 RM1000/sq ft。 简直比KL还要贵！！！
现在以我所知，JB将会建超过200栋apartment。有点担心。

Any update photo by this weekend ? You have goto sales office understand their status now ? When their target finish this 2 blocks? That mean hand over different period ?
