有新发现,bandar saujana putra 有小路可以“避”收费站直通浦种 sepang mas 和taman putra prima 地区,也可以直接到达kota kemuning !!
p/s : 小路不好行使,因为罗里出入的关系,路面状况很糟。但是可以省下不少过路费!

最新消息!bandar Saujana Putra 将会建有第一间霸级市场“Mydin”。地点是在那交通圈附近。mydin 对面是saujana business park 双层/三层店面。也将会有油站!地方的发展计划的还不错。LBS 继续努力吧!(其实心里有点矛盾,想要它发展,却不想它变成puchong一样发展的太厉害,到处赛车)
ivory phase 2 销售量偏低。到目前为此,只是出售了六个单位。没有想象中那么理想。 |

RM349k应该买不到了。
phase1的全部销售所以phase2的价钱应该是kon所说的RM350k++吧
送橱柜那些没有的。。。奇怪。。。怎么会问这个呢?
kon,销售量低其实是预算中的了。
phase2一次过卖250+++间,那么多间也许要点时间吧。
今天会过去看看。。。

Just came back fm Taiwan. Welcome to d neighbourhood, Kon! We were in the same situation as you, looking 4 a suitable house around subang, USJ, but just couldnt find d right house at right price & location. When we saw Ivory Residence, we liked it immediately & booked it the next day after 1st viewing.
Good to know about Mydin, & hope they can hv either Carefourre or Tesco, or a small shopping mall w cinema would be fantastic.
We didn't know much about getting a loan at first, but were approached by RHB, HSBC & Maybank. After comparison, HSBC gave d best rate, but the loan repayment period was shorter, increasing the loan amount, plus they charged a maintenance fee of RM10/= a month for current account. RHB was also very competitive (i think 2.1 initially & 1.9 for the balance...can't really remember d details now) and further, no maintenance fees needed & just need to open a savings account. As there are more RHB branches, we decided to choose RHB so it's easier to pay the loan & probably easier to negotiate any terms with a local bank. Maybank gave the lowest rate (i think 1.8++) so we didn't even consider it.
Y'nG,
We went mainly around Taipei (& also to Wulai for the hot spring). It's really fun if u like shopping at night markets & eating all the different food & snacks. We had a great time there. Just remember if u r booking with Air Asia, u must go to Terminal 2 of Tao Yuen International Airport when leaving Taiwan, as Air Asia didn't provide these details in our flight confirmation & further, they are very difficult to contact. Hope u & Allan have a great & safe trip there

第一期在magenta单层半独立开始出售前,ivory售价是RM 339,900。五月,magenta推出后,马上起价到RM359,900.所有88间售完后,上星期推出第二期phase 2.这次推出,也是只有两排。(大马路算起-〉第五和第六排)售价是RM364,900.多了五千。 而且,建筑期零利息免付费都也没有了!其他配套一样,5%回扣,SPA律师费免付。。。
至于你所提到的家具配套是Topaz 3 的。ivory是没有的。销售量偏低,担心影响发展商建筑的进度。
有什么意见分享,如何装饰主人房?空间不大。如果依照模范屋的设计,更衣室衣橱太小,容纳不下女主人各种各样的衣服。如果另外加壁橱,好像都没什么位子了。而且梳妆台也没加在里面。各位,有何高见?请分享。。 谢谢。 |

Simple solution, ask d female partner to cut down the shopping time & will solve d problem automatically 
Seriously, the balcony took up a large part of the space. One option is to enlarge the room but this is costly. Alternatively, we are considering to use the 2nd room as the dressing room. Basically, we still like the concept fm the showhouse & will probably follow it.

对,balcony占了很多空间!
那天爸妈有和我谈起,建议说balcony干脆不要直接将主人房扩建!
哈哈哈哈!
其实有balcony也是好的啦。
偶尔可以出去吹吹风,不需要特地弄掉。
相反的,有些人没有balcony还特地花钱去弄。

要扩建的其实是厨房。
厨房是L字形,我是打算扩建。和后面邻居谈。。。share share扩建厨房。 |
