那请问大大,我想加碼是直接买skp比较好还是买tecnic,因为tecnic回退过后会有特别股息对吗?
之前我已经持有skp了不过前几天股灾现在价钱不高想买一点,但是又不懂买skp好还是tecnic |

星光資源冀營業額成長40% 完成業務整合

（吉隆坡6日訊）星光資源（SKPRES，7155，主要板工業）通過整合星光資源和TECNIC集團（TECNIC，9741，主要板工業），冀望截至3月底2016財年營業額成長40%。
星光資源執行董事顏保山說，公司通過整合星光資源和TECNIC集團，期望2016財年營業額成長40%或2億5000萬令吉。該公司2014財年取得4億2552萬令吉營業額，淨賺3008萬令吉。
星光資源在今日的股東特別大會上，獲得股東通過以現金和發新股的方式，以總值2億令吉收購TECNIC集團業務。
據了解，有16%股東針對上述議案投反對票，但最終仍以多數票84%通過議案。
顏保山指出，上述收購將允許公司在生產方面取得經濟效益，並擴大客戶群。
他說：“公司不可能在短時間內達到TECNIC集團今日取得的成績，特別是客戶群還包括《財富》雜誌的500大企業（Fortune 500）。”
他在星光資源股東特大結束后，如是指出。
他指出，管理層將關注完成企業活動，才尋求TECNIC集團的新業務。
詢及TECNIC集團是否考慮公開倒置收購（RTO），他說倒置收購是可能性之一，但強調管理層至今尚未作出任何具體的計劃。【中国报财经】 |

雪蘭莪未署名讀者問：星光資源（SKPRES,7155,主板工業產品組）的最新進展是甚麼？可繼續持有嗎？
答：星光資源的新廠有望在今年首季落成，加上資產收購計劃即將完成，分析員認為，這將顯著提昇產能75%，將有利拉動2016財政年每股盈利上揚65.3%。
達證券表示，星光資源第五座新工程將在2015年3月完成，有望提振現有產能75%，但基於相關設施將分階段在3年內完成，現只有首層工廠投入服務。
“不過，我們相信新產能將滿足Dyson相關產品日趨高升的需求。”
同時，星光資源在2014年10月杪建議以2億令吉收購德力集團（TECNIC,9741,主板工業產品組）子公司，而相關獻議已獲股東批准，預見整個計劃最快在2015年第一季完成。
該行綜合上述因素，相信將對星光資源2016財政年盈利帶來好處，預期每股盈利將按年增長65.3%此外，星光資源派息率高達50%，潛在每股股息可能達3.4。以現有市價來看，未來週息率可能介於4.6至5.7%的合理水平。

未來訂單看漲 星光資源刷5年新高

（吉隆坡22日訊）星光資源（SKPRES，7155，主要板工業）未來幾年現有客戶訂單看漲，利好推動股價一度揚至92仙，刷新5年最高紀錄。
星光資源今早揚1.5仙，以90仙迎市，在熱烈買盤帶動下，開市40分鐘即漲3.5仙或4%，衝上92仙水平，刷新5年最高紀錄，較后漲勢收窄在90仙水平線下遊走，休市掛89.5仙，起1仙，半日計有582萬4200股易手。
星光資源午盤繼續攀高，閉市時起1仙報89.5仙，成交量923萬6000股。
大眾投資研究分析報告中指出，星光資源最近收購TECNIC集團（TECNIC，9741，主要板工業），擴大產品及精密模型產品系列，同時增加產量，滿足現有和新客戶需求走高。
通過該收購計劃，星光資源計劃要在未來3年，逐步推高產量，目前廠房使用率達80.2%。
根據報告，星光資源無債務，股票與資產回酬取得雙位數成長、現金周轉穩健、過去4年盈利與淨利複成長率（CAGR）達到介于10.5%至12.5%、其營運資本及進行擴充計劃所用資金都由內部融資，是個很有優勢的公司。【中国报财经】 |

完成收購德力集團（TECNIC，9741，主板工業產品組）的星光資源（SKPRES，7155，主板工業產品組），自成功從大客戶Dyson公司手中奪下無線吸塵器合約後，市值於上週突破10億令吉大關。
雖股價上週四上探1令吉零1仙，一些股東可能開始思考是否該趁機套利，畢竟股價已從1年前的37.5仙翻漲約兩倍。
對此，星光資源執行董事顏寶山持有不同意見：“若你問我，我們的旅程才剛開始，收購德力集團的計劃才剛完成，這對我們而言是全新的開始，真正的成長才剛開端。”
顏寶山表示，當公司市值較低時，許多人不會多看一眼；但今天，公司市值已突破10億令吉，這有助公司吸引更多投資者。
顏寶山還透露，星光資源放眼在2017財政年錄取16億令吉的營業額。
“在我們達成目標時，德力集團料可貢獻約3億5千萬令吉營業額，Dyson則預計貢獻8億至8億8千萬令吉，剩餘營業額則來自其他客戶及生意。”

星光资源是戴森在大马的合约制造商之一，目前为后者组装直立式真空吸尘器和无叶风扇等产品。
新的无线吸尘机合约，料在今年10月开始执行。
文告指出，戴森去年11月宣布总值84亿6000万令吉的资本开销计划，发展4种新科技产品，并在未来4年于全球推介100项新产品，而星光资源希望借此分一杯羹。

（吉隆坡19日訊）星光資源（SKPRES，7155，主要板工業）獲主要客戶Dyson有限公司新合約的消息穩固公司前景，加上3年盈利複成長率（CAGR）達45.7%，雖然股價在一個月內已上漲10.7%，未來仍有進一步上漲空間。
大眾投資研究指出，該公司獲得新合約，穩固公司前景和“跑贏大市”投資評級，並將合理價上修至1.18令吉。
同時，該公司未來數個財年將有強勁成長表現，料現有主要客戶訂單將持續提升。
